Service is very poor . Every time I had to ask for the Towels and etc . Food quality is not at all up to the mark . Washroom in the reception was smelling very very bad

Location is very good. But hotel amenities are far from satisfactory. For the money charged, the least one can expect is a tea kettle in the room! Especially when their room service starts almost at 7:30 in the morning. The bathroom was clean enough but the hot water system was so bad that one couldn’t even think of having a shower. At one moment the water would be real hot and by the time you think of adjusting something suddenly it becomes too cold! You can take a bath only from a bucket. Overall the room size is okay, cleanliness is okay but surely not worth the money spent. Food in the restaurant is good. But depot what you choose. The maharashtrian food selected by us was surely good so was the breakfast.

We loved this place because it wasn’t just the typical dishes you usually find. Some of the dishes did feel a bit pricey for the size, but we enjoyed them so much... we felt they were worth it.... The test was too good.... Never have I had a more pleasant meal. The staff was so polite and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Thanks for the wonderful care given to us. Forever repeat customers!

Staff language was rudely hotel food & location are good amenities not available, news papar only english language there staff was not for exchange

Stay was good, rooms were clean, service was good, food in the restaurant was good. Just couple of things which needs improvement - welcoming guests at reception and providing quality mattress for extra person specially when you're charging a good amount.
