"L'hotel è moderno, sembra nuovamente ristrutturato. Le strutture sono di base ma come previsto in un hotel 3-star. La stanza è in generale pulita e tempestiva, ma potevo notare alcuni capelli nel bagno. Inoltre, non c'è aria condizionata nella stanza, per cui può essere caldo in estate. La colazione è sorprendente, molte scelte di salate, cibo caldo e dolci. Paste sono fresche. Non ci sono molte scelte di hotel a Narva così probabilmente rimarrebbe di nuovo se viaggiate a Narva."

"Reception was open only 12.00 - 20.00, which is not mentioned in website. After booking you get e-mail that check- in before 20.00, but opening hour 12.00 not mentioned. We arrived before 12.00 and tried to call twice to the number mentioned on the front door and sent SMS but no reply. Room had 2 airconditoners, but they were out of order. No help opening the window either as it didn't open proberly. Also the door code didn't work, but luckily other guest let us in after opening hour."
