Very friendly staff. There is a private parking next to the apartment. The room is cozy and nice. The bed is comfortable and soft. Shops are within walking distance. There is a large shopping mall nearby where you can buy clothes and have a snack.

Excellent location close to border and shopping center. Clean and cozy. Comfortabl bed. Everything needed available: Wifi, snacks, microwave, mini fridge, even books :) Friendly owner. And of course good prices for a variety of quality levels.

I can say that Best Apartments Narva is a very nice place, clean, cosy, with private parking. it's also very close to the customs Estonia-Russia. For my experience, It's the best place for staying in this city. also Nice price for 1 or 2 people

Fantastic place, clean comfortable and a very friendly host. There are a selection of food and drinks to buy at the accommodation. It is close to the centre of the city, Lidl supermarket about 2 minutes walk. About 10 minutes walk to the border, castle and river. I stayed at the end of winter, very warm and complimentary slippers. Definitely would stay here again, and hope to next time I’m in Narva.

Very nice place. Everything was well organized. Good quality forniture. Nice common place with tea and coffee. Smooth check in. The place is very near the border pedestrian and in front of Lidl. I think I will come back to this hotel. ///////

Excellent location. Very friendly host. Close to Lidl superstore. Walking distance from train and bus station. Close to Estonian border that can be walked to. Room is clean. Self check in is available. I would recommend to other guests. Thank you to the host for the hospitality!

It was a cheap and calm place. I was traveling and stayed there for 1 night. Very clean. I was able to drink a cup of tea even (coffee is also available). Easy access by PIN code. Supermarket Lidl is nearby. Quite and cosy. The slippers are at the entrance for a change. All was fine

Best Apartments provides nice rooms, free cofee, bar available 24/7 to make this place the best choice even among the most expensive hotels in Narva. Actually no need to pay more. Warm welcome and friendly support fm the Owner can help to adopt within the city.
