The room was big and quiet. There is a convenience store, cafe, and restaurant on 1st floor. There is a laundromat, too. There was no water in the room, but there is a container for ice. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport and the Aeon shopping center. I do not like smoke and the floor I was on did not smell like smoke; however, in the annex hallway it did smell like smoke and I had to walk through the connecting hallway to get to the ice machine. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet even included a supplement bar.

Great location and love the shuttles provided by the hotel to go to Narita Station to explore the temples and parks and eateries and also the convenience of travelling to and from the airport. I would recommend the hotel solely by my experiences with the staff - helpful and friendly

The hotel provides free airport shuttle bus and free local bus to JR Station and Aeon mall. The hotel is clean and convenient.

The hotel isn't close to any train stations, but fortunately, they offer shuttle services to Narita Train Station, Aeon Mall, and airport terminal pickups. While the hotel is dated, it is well-maintained and clean. The breakfast offers a good variety of food options.

Booked this hotel for the sake of convenience. Shuttle bus is at berth 33. Driver is an old gentleman who is very professional and polite. It took us about 15 minutes to get to this hotel from Narita Airport. Greeted by friendly staff who could speak very fluent English. Restaurant closed at 21:30 but got a 24h convenience store on the 1st floor. The facilities are bit outdated, but is enough for customers like us. The space is big. Shuttle bus timetable is demontrated below. Overall, it is a place that worth the price.

Really close to the airport and provides airport shuttles almost every thirty minutes. Only lacks a gym and restaurant options/Izakaya options, plus the free bus trip to Aeon mall end early, so be prepared to spend the night if your flight arrives late before you can wander around downtown Narita.

Hotel Nikko Narita is amazing for its price compared to hotels in Tokyo city, let alone that it is already very good standards. If you get the fancy sushi dinner they have, your total cost will be about the same as just staying in a hotel in Tokyo city.

Loved it! We had change of flight schedule so after a long day it was very nice to finnally be able to rest. Its great that there is a bus shuttle from Narita Aiport to the Hotel. The service was great. They right away took our luggages - 2 big suitcases and 3 small ones and have us checked in. The check in great, no worry at all. It was fast and simple. They gave a bag for my 5 year old- it has small in room sandal, pijama toot brush and towel in it. They had the Hotels garden all decorated eoth christmas lights, it was beautiful. We went to the garden and the suitcases were delivered to our room. I was kinda amazed because a lady with skirt and high heels were the one handling our luggages when we arrived to our room. The next day we had to extend, it was simple to book from Trip.com and no complocations. We didnt have to move to another room. The room, bathroom, bed and everything in the room were clean and tidy. Breakfast was great, they had many choices. Also there is a mini Mart (Lawson) like 7-evelen near the lobby and a cafe too so no worry to get food or snacks. I think lawson open 24 hours. The hotel provide a bus shittle to Narita town that goes to Narita station and Aeon Mall. This was great! Overall experience in this hotel is wonderful. Excellent for the service.

There is pretty Xmas decoration so it is very pretty, the hotel is old but good service, easy access to outlet and big mall
