The rooms are clean and the staff are very kind.
It's close to the station, so there's no problem even if you don't have a car.

Very good hotel,good location. It only takes 30 minutes to Narita airport.
3pm check in but they let me check in from 12pm :)

Great hotel in a central location offering a delicious buffet breakfast. Room was small but comfortable.

Room is small but still acceptable.
Reception service is awesome and they even have free shuttle bus to Narita airport for early morning flight (with reservations through counter).
Free coffee and free bath powder at G floor
Everything is fine.

It was really nice to be there. Staff is very good in behavior and i appreciate services. Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic charm.

Location is near to airport. Room and toilet are pretty small. Bed is too soft for me and not so comfortable. Nearby got restaurants but about 10 mins walk from hotel.
Nearby about 5 mins walk have a supermarket..
Breakfast variety not a lot and very simple.

Was initially given a smoking room but was later given a non-smoking room when I told them I especially requested a non smoking room.
