Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Narbonne

Vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e anche alla cattedrale storica. Il personale è amichevole e utile. La capacità di lavare è stato un plus. Camere pulite e confortevoli. Sicuramente consigliere a chiunque visita Narbonne.

Molto buono, molto buono

We were initially disappointed owing to a misunderstanding between us, our agent and the hotel on the room we were expecting, but we soon got over it. We were in Junior Suite on the 1st floor(no lift).The room was spacious, clean with every facility, including a modern, powerful shower. Reception shuts at 2000 hours, so you have a code to let yourself in. Breakfast is pre-ordered continental, but you can change it daily by informing Reception before 2000 hours. There is a pleasant roof terrace foe a late p.m. or evening drink, where you can watch the house martins feeding. Note, you cannot bring in your own drink. You have to consume the hotel's offering. It is set in a quiet residential street about 10 minutes walk from the town centre. Whilst a bit quirky and old-fashioned, and we got used to it and rather liked it. the staff are pleasant and helpful. We would happily recommend it.

La position de l'hôtel est idéale, accès facile aux commerces et centre ville. La chambre est spacieuse et d'un style contemporain mais l'agencement laisse à désirer (peu pratique, il faut repasser par la chambre pour atteindre les toilettes depuis la salle d'eau sans porte). La literie est confortable et moelleuse et malgré la proximité de la route, l'insonorisation est bonne. Petit bémol à la lumière du miroir que l'on ne peut éteindre et qui embête quand on aime l'obscurité pour dormir.

Quando, in veste di ospite invalido, mi sono chiesto aiuto per portare una borsa nella mia stanza, mi sono detto che non era la nostra politica, aiutare gli ospiti. Quando ho finalmente proposto di passare la notte in reception, c'era (e questo ragazzo era davvero molto gentile) un receptionista che, dopo molte stronzate e strade, mi aveva dato il permesso di aiutare. Due minuti, tutto questo. E' stato così difficile da fare, e' molto difficile chiedere aiuto come invalido e se in questo modo, così orribile ossa, viene rifiutato da un notebook manager, ti fa sentire molto male. Ho presentato una denuncia, ho rimborsato 35 euro, non ho più rimborso, ho dovuto farlo con... ho versato denaro e ti ho chiesto di tenere la bocca, e' stato così... e' stato un modo scandaloso di fare... e poi la stanza fumava troppo per il raffreddatore. Non c'era caffè nella stanza, ma quando ho detto che l'ho fatto, ho ricevuto una grande bocca dalla stessa persona: era quello che diceva. Non così. Era solo tè. Non importa, non sono andato più in discussione con questo uomo. Sono stato felice di poter partire rapidamente da questo hotel dopo un caffè ordinato (e pagato) alla reception (della receptionista molto gentile). Assolutamente nessun consigliere quindi. PS Il letto era buono, la stanza era anche buona. Non ho mai inviato recensioni negative, ma volevo perdere un po'.
