Location：2 minutes walking distance from the station to the hotel-perfect！The front entrance has a beautifully designed layout. Cleanness: The hotel maintains an exceptional level of cleanliness, and a comfortable and hygienic environment. Service: The front desk's English is excellent, much better than most I've encountered in Tokyo and Osaka. The instructions are clear and well-explained. Facilities: Everything from the room to the dining options was exceptional, making my stay very enjoyable. The Japanese-style room made my stay cozy and relaxing. Overall: I would give 10 out 10 and recommend it to every one.

Fantastic Hotel with a perfectly convenient location. The only thing is the bad attitude of a female manager at the front desk. We asked for more bottled water, but she refused. Refusing is OK, but she thought we didn't understand Japanese and said some bad words to us. Unfortunately, we are just not fluent in Japanese, but we can totally understand what she was saying. A pathetic woman manager ruined other staff's good service and hard work.

L'hotel è a breve distanza a piedi dalla stazione JR e quindi molto ben collegato ai servizi di autobus locali che portano ai luoghi di visita necessari. Puoi anche accedere facilmente a 2 supermercati e altre necessità quotidiane! Adoro il fatto che l'hotel abbia un onsen annesso con pigiami forniti. Risparmia così tante seccature per i viaggiatori che si spostano da una città all'altra. La camera è spaziosa per 2 adulti con 2 bagagli. Non prevedere problemi con i genitori in viaggio con bambini. Anche la camera è molto ben tenuta e pulita. Torneremo per loro quando visiteremo Nara dopo!

Exceeded expections on all grounds! I am so happy with the hotel I wanted to spread the word. This hotel has great old world charm and more. I was a little worried about the condition of the hotel (more than 100 years old!) but everything was fine. I stayed at the Main Wing / basic room with park view. The bathroom was basic (business hotel like) but very clean, but the room / bedding and the view at our window was wonderful. Given the low price point, we were very happy with the room. Definitely recommend the Main Wing, and if you can, a room with higher price point. All staff, from shuttle bus / concierge / front desk / bar, are excellent. We really enjoyed the check in process - you can sit at the lounge admiring Einstein's piano while the front staff comes calling your name. Also try the tea lounge both during the day and night (turns to a bar). I would also like to extend special thanks to Korean speaking front manager Lee Su Jin who helped us in so many ways. She really made our stay comfortable. One thing to note about Nara city itself is that most venues close at 4pm and have unpredictable operating hours. You can't just walk around hoping to sit down at a cafe or restaurant. Highly recommend making reservations in advance of your trip and I'm sure Nara hotel concierge can help with this. I really enjoyed Nara Hotel and look really forward to returning.

Il servizio dell'hotel è molto cordiale. 4. C'è una sorgente termale gratuita♨️. Ma è piuttosto piccola: ci sono due piscine per uomini, una grande e una piccola, che possono ospitare 6 o 7 persone in totale. 5. Sceglierò di rimanere qui la prossima volta che verrò.

10 secondi a piedi dalla stazione JR Nara. Va tutto bene anche se piove. L'iscrizione all'hotel è al terzo piano. Il bagno al 6° piano è gratuito. Bevande gratuite al terzo piano. La colazione mostra la fiera dell'hotel. Veramente deliziosa.
