Stroll to all of Napier inner-city cafes, shops, weekend markets, Ocean Spa pool complex, and the many attractions of Marine Parade (2 minutes walk). Perfectly situated for Art Deco events being directly opposite Napier's Cathedral and 1 minute walk to Hastings and Tennyson Streets. Not suitable for young children or anyone with physical disabilities / mobility issues, as the access is somewhat steep with stairs and no disabled access. NB: Bed is a standard double only due to configuration of the room.
