Hotel in zona Hawkes Bay Holiday Park, Napier

We were due to stay just one night but got stuck in Napier when Cyclone Gabrielle struck. The staff could not have been more helpful We woke on the morning we were due to depart and the power went out. The manager tried to help us find an alternative route out of town, but when we couldn't he agreed that we can stay in our room. It was clean and very well presented, if we had power (not the hotels fault) we could have cooked a meal very comfotably in the excellent kitchenette in our room. The bathroom was spacious. With no power the staff provided torches and extra sanitiser. They stayed on site and available 24 hours a day and were a constant source of information and support.

Unique, very central to shops and restaurants, clean - loved the dome dining room. Plenty of space for a family of 5/6. Reserved Car park about 500m from the unit, but unloaded from the loading bay then got my partner to walk back. Lovely views. Quiet. Underfloor heating in en-suite, Would definitely stay here again. If staying for one night only I would use car parks on street and pay hourly parking rate as the car park was not in a building, and parking was free after 6pm.

La nostra famiglia di 4 si trovava in 2 camere per 5 notti. Buona posizione - facile passeggiata dalla città, caffè e frontiera acquatica. Molto utile con il magazzinaggio delle nostre biciclette nella loro stanza di bordo, poiché tutti i giardini di biciclette erano pieni. I booked a whole cabin for myself. There was a double bed and 4 bunk beds connected to a bathroom and kitchen/living room. There was a picnic table outside on the verandah and a car space just outside. The kitchen is well provided for with oven and gas hobs. There's toaster, kettle, fridge etc. ... I only boiled some eggs! It would be comfortable for a family in good weather and there were BBQs on site. Slept well but limited space for clothes if 6 people on site. There is a restaurant on site ... ”The Storkey” ... but I did not use. Easy to find shops a mile down the road.

Overnight stay, tipping down with rain so we were happy to collect food and eat in our very comfortable family unit - I'd booked a studio but we were given a bigger room, didn't take advantage of the spa bath but it was tempting. The kitchen was well equipped, bed was comfortable, shower pressure really excellent (just what you need after a day's driving. We were able to have a good walk along the waterfront next morning, the Beach Front Motel is well situated with access to tourist attractions. One small point - in the upstairs big units be careful of the top step, we put a dining chair on that step, it would be very easy to forget the step-down is there and would be easy to fall.

Abbiamo avuto un terzo piano, una stanza di vista sull'oceano. Era una buona unità. Ci sono molte camere con un piccolo ponte che guardava fuori dall'acqua. Ci sono molti posti per mangiare vicino, e si consiglia di andare a ”Lick this” appena in strada. Ci sono un bagno spa e un buon approvvigionamento di asciugamani.

My partner and I booked a room for a weekend at The Nautilus and absolutely enjoyed every part of our stay our room was perfect lots of space great room set up the view was lovely the spa was incredible everything catered to our needs and the staff were lovely and helpful this is my second time staying with the Nautilus and both times I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay it is by far the perfect place to relax,getaway and treat yourself to abit of luxury.We will 100% be staying again.Thankyou to the staff at the Nautilus for our beautiful weekend away,see you again next time 😊

Queste camere hanno una bella vista sul parco al mare. Non sono sicuro che siano lussuose dal mio punto di vista. Il letto doveva essere sostituito con una mattresse che non era scorrevole e saggio. La mia principale questione era il servizio di custodia. Abbiamo deciso di rimanere in un motel a servizio piuttosto che in un posto di tipo airbnb, per il servizio della stanza quotidiana, quindi ci siamo sentiti come se avessimo davvero una vacanza tranquilla. La maggior parte delle volte la stanza era finita tardi nel giorno e era solo un cambiamento di asciugamani. Andammo per tre giorni senza che la nostra gomma fosse vuota, senza tovaglioli di tè, e il letto non era fatto, fino a quando non abbiamo chiesto il quarto giorno di un servizio completo, poi tutta la stanza era pulita e vuota e le foglie erano cambiate la mattina mentre eravamo fuori. Se non si preoccupa di mantenere incongruenze, allora è un bel posto per rimanere.

A Porters, il piacevole soggiorno, il letto di grandezza re, con tutto quello che ti serve, e un piccolo balcone privato. Abbiamo trovato il personale assolutamente in alto, così benvenuto e felice di fare assolutamente qualsiasi cosa per rendere il vostro soggiorno il più buono possibile. In particolare, vorremmo complimentarci con Christopher, che è stato così utile e gentile. Le notti in cui eravamo li', il ristorante non era aperto per colazione, quindi ci sono stati assegni per Maina vicino e serve il miglior colazione che potresti trovare ovunque! Basicamente, questo è un ottimo hotel, stanno facendo tutto bene.
