Napa County: hotel con bar

Room was outstanding! Stayed in a lower level suite with a fire pit. I highly recommend it. The upgraded details were flawless! From the lighting under the bed to the bathroom which was my wife’s favorite part! Tub shower sinks and hairdryer no detail was left out. Best part is it’s a 1mile walk from downtown NAPA. We walked into town every night and stumbled home safely. Thank you Hilton Embassy suites for making our parents vacation away so enjoyable.

I booked this hotel part of a group and really loved the location. There are plenty of stores and restaurants that are walkable and there are many vineyards close by. I happened to call the hotel prior to my arrival to ensure that I received a room with two queen beds. I spoke o the manager, who just so happened to answer the phone named Blossom. She was truly a delight. She made sure that the room I was staying in had the set up I requested and once I arrived I asked for her and she actually came from her office and greeted me with a huge hug. She is certainly the gem of this location. The bar happy hour was a treat. It is very affordable and filling. We actually had the happy hour food as dinner the first evening we arrived. Unfortunately it’s only available Monday through Friday so be sure to pop in for the happy hour if you stay during the week. The reason whey I’m giving the hotel four stars is because we spent a day relaxing at the pool and let me say the pool gets pretty packed. We placed several orders for food and drinks and because there’s only one bar at the pool the bar tender was also the pool waiter. This turned into a mess upon check out because my final bill had other guests orders on the bill. I went to the front desk to advise them that there was an error on my bill and the young lady was sort of rude stating that all of the bill is my pool order. I had to actually have her print my bill, go line by line and pull the receipts from the pool in order to prove that I did not sign for all of that food and drinks. Once she saw that a lot of bills with my room number had various signatures she was very quick to apologize and make the corrections. I felt as if she should have heard me out prior to jumping to conclusions as if I was trying to get over. Other than the check out experience the hotel was great and there are so many vineyards that give free tastings in the lobby that you immediately know you have arrived in Napa.

Se avete una macchina, va bene andare a Napa Valley come base. Le strutture all'interno dell'hotel sono accoglienti e il personale è amichevole. Come nel caso di Hansang, i biscotti di cioccolato sembrano molto necessari. Penso che il numero di dottori che si rimpatriano sia limitato a quello di cui al paragrafo 1.

Except for a snafu with the shampoo pump in the shower that didn’t work, a 3-day visit was pleasant and a decent value if you don’t mimd being a 10-minute drive from downtown Napa. (The hotel staff was quick to fix the broken shampoo pump.) No robes or special toiletries, but the free bottle of Rutherford Ranch wine and free wines at happy hour were nice touches. There is a Marriott next door. Newly remodeled, cleanly maintained, ice cold water in lobby, pleasant staff.

Io e mio marito siamo venuti qui per un weekend di relax-by-the-pool babymoon poco prima della nascita del nostro secondo bambino. Ci siamo divertiti. L'acqua era bella e molto pulita! -tutto il personale era incredibilmente carino e utile - il pagamento di EV era un perk fantastico e inaspettato - un buon colazione gratuito Cons - più vecchie, più piccole camere con dispositivi terribili. Non è un interruttore per me. - potrebbero davvero migliorare il colazione gratuito con qualche piccolo tweaks: 1. Fornire vere tazze di caffè. This was our first stat at the Westin in Napa & will not be our last. It was recommended by a friend that had recently stayed there as well. I had called the day before our arrival to see if the possibility to check in early was an option. Our flight from home (Long Beach, CA) was arriving early in Oakland at around 9AM and we had a whole day of tastings ahead of us. The representative was so friendly on the phone and assured me that if I called when we arrived they should be able to accommodate and if not, they could hold our bags for us. Upon arrival, I was so impressed with the cleanliness and grounds of the hotel (as right across the street from the Wine Train if that's something you're interested in doing). Valet was friendly upon arrival also. We were able to be checked in due to availability of course, at 1030! Our room was on the ground floor facing the river, it was perfect. Bed/pillows were super comfortable, towels soft, etc. Love the complimentary coffee in the lobby in the mornings as well. The pool area was clean & well kept. The walking path is right outside of the hotel which was great for the morning/access to eats/spots in the area. Model Bakery is walking distance as well as the delicious Gott's and Fillipi's (which we ate at both after two long days of wine tastings!) The hotel is so centrally located- it was the perfect stay for us and our two days in Napa. Can't wait to return!

This is a beautiful hotel and a great place to stay if you are wanting to visit Napa / Yountville. I do think it is overpriced for what I paid however going during summer break was likely a big factor in the pricing so not a big complaint. The pool facilities were very nice, the loungers were very comfy and the area was well attended by staff who were all extremely pleasant and always smiling. The only downside to the pool area were the beds which had 4 posts but no actual wall area to lean on. This meant that your only option was to lie down which I thought was a bit strange. The rooms were brilliant and in pristine condition, the beds were comfy and the shower was nice and large. The hotel is in a great location, it is within walking distance to all the main restaurants and centre of Yountville however they do also offer a complimentary shuttle service should you wish. While overall it was an amazing hotel, there was a part of it which irritated me. This was the fact that included in your resort fee was a $50 credit for food & drink but this was not mentioned to us at all during check-in and we only found out after reading it on the website. Regardless, the hotel was brilliant and should we return to the wonderful town of Yountville we would be more than happy staying here again.

Il personale è stato amichevole e utile quando ha fatto delle proposte su dove visitare per il gusto del vino e per i ristoranti. Sicuramente resterà qui di nuovo. Le pareti sono un po' sottili, ma grazie a nessuno era alto. È stato molto pulito e sembrava essere stato recentemente aggiornato. La posizione era Tutto!!! Non c'era bisogno di arrivare da nessuna parte. L'obiettivo di un hotel è di dare un rifugio quando non sei fuori e circa. Chi si reca in vacanza per soggiornare nella maggior parte del loro tempo in hotel! In generale è stato soddisfatto e trovare che l'hotel è molto sottovalutato per il prezzo e la posizione.

Silverado Resort & Spa supera tutte le mie aspettative. Nestled in mezzo al pittoresco ambiente, questo resort offre una meravigliosa miscela di lusso e tranquillità. Da quando sono arrivato, il personale ha esaltato il calore e il professionalismo, assicurando che ogni dettaglio della mia permanenza fosse perfetto. I trattamenti spa erano rigiovani e le strutture erano di prima qualità, riflettendo la vera sofisticazione. Ogni momento era un trattamento, che si trattava di un passo tranquillo nei paesaggi di belle paesaggi o di un piacevole pasto al loro ristorante gourmet. Una perfetta via, consiglio molto Silverado Resort & Spa a chiunque cerca una miscela unica di relax e lusso. Non posso aspettare la mia prossima visita!
