We had the pleasure of staying at Falcon Hotel from Dec 30th to 2nd Jan 2025; a diverse age group from our elderly parents to kids. Everline,at the reception guided me well when I was doing the booking and our group needs were met. The hotel staff offers very personalised service and all are quite attentive; the ever energetic Mr. isigi and Mary(warm and professional) attended to us throughout. A special mention also goes out to Wycliffe, Garett, Maureen and Anita: very quick to serve. The rooms were extremly clean and spacious, hot water bottles were provided at night and extra fleeces. Hot water showers and the body shower creams felt quite luxurious. The fireworks on 31st was splendid! The hotel also gave us free crackers that we had fun with! We also enjoyed the gym during our stay and indulged in massages by well trained massaues ; Elvina and Catherine. The gardens are beautiful and well kept. A shootout also to Vision, at the reception, who we interacted with. Will definitely be coming back!

Poor service,it took 2 and a half hours to get our order and it was not even the write one . The nyama Choma offered was not even up to standard. Try to reaching out to the manage but pretends to be very busy never came back to us. Basic table techniques were never observed.

Would be a wonderful haven of tranquility if it wasn't for the dreadful pounding music at full blast. The spa was great with Catherine an amazing masseuer. It's not luxurious but nice , with a bit of attention it could raise its standards. Staff are very friendly and helpful

Excellent Service! 5 STARS!! The hotel is fairly simple and functional but the service level is definitely 5 star or better. I will however give a specific shout out to the soap and shampoo product. They felt premium for the room I stayed in. My request for a second hot water bottle and fleece blanket during turn down was responded to quickly and without question, it gets very cold at night in Nanyuki. The Gold stars however go to Chef - Edwin and the servers who attended to us. I was on a special diet, and when I asked the chef for his indulgence on my diet he went above and beyond! The servers accommodated every request with grace and a smile. I would definitely recommend Falcon Heights for a mid size hotel.

It was not a pleasant experience we booked 2 nights and made part payment in advance. We arrived at the hotel and to our surprise, the receptionist informed us the hotel has been overbooked. To appease us, they offered us free dinner and took us to "sister hotel"(Swara Ranch) about 27km away in the middle of the night. This was more of an Air BNB facility which was located in the outskirts of the town. We decided not to logde at the sister hotel on day two and threatened to take our money if we are not given accommodaion at Falcon Heights. With the intervention of one of our partners, they managed to get us rooms at Falcon for a night. Checking out on day two at Falcon was another hurdle. There were issues with a mix up of receipts and accusations from one of the teammates of a missing face towel.

The ambiance is great. The compound has well trimmed flowers and very cool. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. Great for get weekend getaways. Rooms are wheelchair accessible. Wonderful staff and GM Athanas is friendly and welcoming! They have other beautiful properties like Maiyan. Is a must visit!

The hotel is a tropical oasis within the heart of Nanyuki. Fabulous rooms, friendly staff who can’t do enough to help with your stay and the food is great 👍 well equipped gym as well for those who dabble. Totally recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Nanyuki

Perfect place at the equator . Nice ambiance, excellentspacious rooms. Very nice staff. Very nice food. Nice swimming pool. Excellent guards at the entrance. The receptioninst Lizzy is warm and very kind. The garden so green and rush. Can't wait to come back

I really enjoyed my 37 days stay at Falcon Heights. Staff are welcoming, client centric too. Ladies at the reception, serve clients with great passion. The chefs offer a range of food and drinks and delicious too. The hotel rooms are neat, wash room spotless clean.
