Un ristorante molto carino, soprattutto per i bambini, molto accogliente, molto adatto a viaggiare con tutta la famiglia, solo perché molte strutture pubbliche non sono aperte durante l'epidemia, ci tornerò la prossima volta

Il personale è gentile. Ottimo per famiglie con bambini. Anche il terminal degli autobus e la piattaforma delle imbarcazioni da diporto sono raggiungibili a piedi. C'è molto traffico per la larghezza della strada, quindi fai attenzione ai bambini piccoli.

La cena a buffet è completa e la colazione è ok Le strutture hanno chiuso prima (la piscina chiude alle 19:00), il che è un peccato Il pavimento del bagno nella stanza è facile da bagnare e innaffiare, e la sorgente termale nella stanza è buona? La posizione dell'hotel è buona, ci sono molti negozi intorno a cui puoi fare shopping?

Non male, c'è anche un balcone, anche il bancone è attento e gentile, e anche il bagno è piuttosto sorprendente. Temperatura regolabile, deumidificazione, prima di fare il bagno, regolare la temperatura a un punto più alto, non farà freddo dopo la doccia

The place is clean and well furnished. There are many recreational facilities within the hotel and it is a short walk away from the lakeside.

One of the best onsen resort around the region with lots of amenities provided. Room is big and clean with a beautiful onsen tub. Recommended for anyone planning to stay around the sun moon lake.

Hotel a short walk from bus station hence very convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful

Hotel was just a 5mins walk away from the bus stop and 10mins walk away from the Shuishe pier. Service staff were polite and were able to advise on the bus to Taichung from Sun Moon Lake. Amenities in the resort is decent and the in room hot spring is awesome. The room looks a little dated though.

Staff are friendly, room is good, just air conditioning a bit not enough! But staff provided two fans very efficiently. Breakfast selection wide. Location convenient, just a few min walk, can reach 7-11, Starbucks, and the pier!

The location is convenient. Easy access to the lake. The onsen is excellent. The room is quiet and clean. The breakfast is good with a lot of food choices.

I have nothing to complain everything else except the checkin and out counter. The ladies work extremely slow. They also are not mindful when handling visitors' personal info. Service aside, the room is great - spacious, comfy, neat.

If i could rename this please i would like to call the kingdom of dust ". I asked to change to another room but unfortunately also the second room wasn't clean properly.. Those rooms are not cheap, one night cost 4500 twd around 150 usd. I don't know how this can be a four stars hotel with such of low quality. Also trip. Com have responsibility coz you need to check the structures that you recommend.
