Very big room with two queen beds. Window view of the forest. Monster theme and performance on the McLain plaza. The food was ok. Convenient store on the premises for late night snacks and needs.

We stayed one night at the Monster Village. There were shops and food stalls around the hotel rooms. The rooms were clean and we had a balcony on the second floor overseeing the village street. Our room booking included breakfast buffet 7 am - 9 am, typical ********* breakfast items like porridge and noodles. There were multiple live performances which was pretty entertaining, but most of the activities are geared towards younger kids my tweenagers. There is a specialty Nettles bread that everyone waited in line for a fresh batch. Overall it was a fun experience and good photo spot!

服務人員比較少見到、設施對於孩子會比較開心老人家就比較喜歡是周邊的樹林跟空氣。吃的東西很方便、有全家便利超商、也有買素食的食物非常方便

地點極佳，飯店服務人員都很棒，房間寬敞舒適，整體算乾淨；園區比起幾年前略顯陳舊，飯店有點年紀，房間有霉味，浴室膠條有些霉斑。晚餐時間剛好遇到旅行團，餐廳人手有些不足，補餐速度跟不上消耗速度。賞螢活動螢火蟲真的很多！

店員服務態度好，早餐自助多選擇，晚餐很用心，因為天氣突然間變冷酒店很用心的每一道菜都用火保温，房間雖然小但五臟俱全很舒適，白天晚上跟清晨的**村別有一番風味，大家可以好好拍照留念

店鋪比疫情前少更多，更少活動
原來滿懷期望來，卻失望而歸
青山飯堂的晚餐只適合包團的人或客房訂了包晚餐的
飯堂的人員不夠人手不接待也不直說，只說大概幾點後會有位提供。第一次說團隊太多，廚房來不及出菜，要等到晚上七點，七點後又說團隊的客人還沒用餐完，要等七點半。說不想流失客流，但也不是這樣讓人等下去，然後問能否外帶，點了幾個想吃的菜都沒有，所以住客是只配吃團隊吃剩的嗎？
這樣留客只會留成仇，還不如幹脆一點，一開始就說不再接待？來得吃晚餐，都是餓了才來，不然早就去其他店了
