TToon KeeHotel is at prime location close to food and shopping with walking distance to Nanning Railway, Nanning Railway Station Metro and airport bus is just on the opposite. There are 2 check-in area at different building. Entry to room level is via card. Room is clean and spacious with amenities provided including sanitized towel. Faculty tv remote was replaced with speed. Request for late check out at 3pm is available. Staff service is good. Hotel has a caring corner. Enjoyed my stay!

First off, the location is superb. Situated on Minzu Avenue, this apartment is not only convenient but also offers easy access to many of the city’s main attractions and amenities. Whether you’re looking to explore local restaurants, hit up shopping districts, or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll around the area, you’ll find it all within close proximity. The convenience alone made my stay incredibly easy and stress-free.
Upon entering the apartment, I was immediately impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The hosts clearly take pride in ensuring the space is spotless and inviting. The decor is modern yet warm, with touches of local flair that give it a unique charm. The furniture is both stylish and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. My room was spacious and equipped with all the essentials I needed for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed, which ensured I had restful sleep every night.
One of the highlights was the attention to detail in the amenities provided. From high-speed Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen to thoughtful touches like bottled water, toiletries, and even some local snacks, it was evident that the hosts went out of their way to make guests feel at home. The kitchen area was well-stocked with basic utensils, which made it easy to prepare simple meals. This was a huge plus for me, as it offered a sense of flexibility and added comfort.
The staff were another big highlight of my stay. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. NNguyetDTMLa posizione è facile da trovare, il desk front Xiaoli è considerato e ospite, l'hotel è dotato di una 24-hour palestra, la lavanderia è molto conveniente con lavastoviglie e asciugatrici industriali LG. L'apparecchiatura della camera degli ospiti è anche molto nuovo e pulito. Smart equipments like Xiaodua, curtain automatic and night lamp are plus points. The breakfast provided by the hotel is very good. The staff of the hotel are very supportive and nice. Anche se non possono parlare inglese, comunicare bene tramite Google Translate. Ci è un ristorante molto buono vicino all'hotel (potete vedere nel conto del ristorante attaccato, a soli 900 metri dall'hotel). Possiamo anche raggiungere Nanning Renmin Park a piedi (ovvero 25-30 mins).

My stay extended one day, since cannot change the original booking (a 2 days stay), I made another one separately. Upon check in, reminded reception, and the gentleman did arranged my check in through out entire 3 days. Unfortunately, the assigned room at 19th floor (?) has bad smoke smell, thus I requested a change of room, at first the customer service lady on phone asked me to open window, and giving different kind of excuse and tried to refuse my request, after much request, she said she will arrange and will can me back. Which took 15-20mins and still no return call for updates, until I called again and finally got a change of room to 18th.
another 2 bad experience were :
1) after changed room to 18th, only 2 days being arranged and on the 3rd day when I returned to room, my card was disabled and I had to go down to reception and got my card reactivated, where the girl did challenged me about my booking, said it's no record showing that I have 3rd day booking...
2) my booking is executive room, with free lounge service, after being moved to 18th, I am not able to access 19th to enjoy the lounge, and, I had to go down to reception, again...
for the rest, overall service is OK, and the lounge is great.

📍 位置交通：酒店位於青秀區民族大道157號財富國際廣場，位置相當優越。距離南寧火車東站很近，坐高鐵出行超方便。周邊還有地鐵1號線東盟商務區站，步行十來分鐘就能到，不管是去會展中心，還是萬象城等商圈，都能快速抵達。
🏨 酒店環境：走進酒店，大堂寬敞明亮，裝修風格高雅大氣，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。公共區域乾淨整潔，綠植點綴其間，增添了不少生機。
🛏 房間設施：我這次住的房間空間很寬敞，得有五十平米左右。佈局合理，休息區、辦公區劃分清晰。床品柔軟舒適，床墊軟硬適中，睡了幾晚都超安穩。衞生間也很大，乾濕分離。不僅有常規的洗漱用品，還配備了熨斗等貼心物件，細節滿滿。
🍽 餐飲體驗：酒店的早餐種類豐富多樣，既有麪包、牛奶、咖啡這些西式餐點，也有當地特色的米粉、糕點等。味道都挺不錯，能滿足不同客人的口味需求。

UUtente ospiteStayed overnight for a next day morning flight which was delayed, no problem as the hotel allowed us to keep our room until 2 pm at no charge. There was no requirement for a deposit on arrival. For the price we weren't expecting much, how wrong can you be. I have stayed in hotels costing four times what we paid that just didn't come close to this.
The room was air conditioned, well prepared and clean with an excellent shower which is a must for us.
On departure a member of staff helped us with our luggage the short walk to departures, he only left us once he had found and escorted us to the correct check in. A very pleasant and helpful young man. All staff were extremely helpful and courteous.
Next time we visit family in Nanning we will definitely use this hotel on arrival and departure.

WWan SuwanThe location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building.
The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom.
Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent.
In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.
