I recently had the pleasure of staying at Aizhu Hotel, and I must say, the experience was outstanding! From the moment I checked in, the reception team attended to my special requests with a smile. Their warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for a wonderful stay.
Throughout my visit, I encountered numerous staff members, and each one was incredibly friendly and eager to assist. The housekeeping lady, in particular, was very nice and ensured that my room was immaculate and well-stocked.
What truly impressed me, however, was the staff's willingness to go above and beyond. They consistently exceeded my expectations, making me feel valued and appreciated.
The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The rooms are cozy, and the amenities are excellent.
In short, my stay at Aizhu Hotel was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service and friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a warm and welcoming experience.

room is big spacious, nice bathroom and big shower. very happy with my room. only missing mini fridge to store food.
location is not bad however no eateries nearby. they do provide breakfast but it is not very good.

是我近期旅行入住性價比最高的酒店，對我來説住的是非常舒服的一個酒店，房間寬敞明亮，温馨舒適，安靜，離地鐵又近，離公交車站以及外面的地鐵口都非常近，去其他地方都很方便，服務人員的態度和藹可親，細緻周到。酒店房間乾淨整潔，前台服務非常的好，環境非常的滿意

酒店前台的服務非常得好，環境乾淨整潔，衞生方面打掃的非常乾淨，房間床的床很軟入住非常舒服，酒店發燒很好用還有洗漱用品都是酒店老闆統一規格一起購買，問了要連結，但是老闆説沒有連結，還有洗衣機跟烘乾機衣架也可以多拿幾個洗了，衣服也有烘乾機，室內有茶包和咖啡都很不做價格很實惠，房間住得很舒服，產品柔軟舒適非常值得五星好評

酒店環境設施各方面都是蠻不錯的，房間打掃得很乾凈，停車場也挺大的停車很寬敞很方便，而且停車是免費的退房還可以延時退房周邊的設施配套也很齊打掃衞生的阿姨看着很和藹可親，熱水給力，住宿舒適，服務熱情周到產品的顏色也蠻不錯

到南寧玩住了三晚，酒店應該是翻修的，環境還不錯，位置距離地鐵口步行五百米左右，附近有吃的，有粉有煲粥有牛雜湯距離秋記生榨粉很近，但就是一直沒機會吃，好吃的太多了。服務態度很好，需要的東西很快就為我們提供了，打掃衞生的阿姨也很好説話。就是浴室乾濕分離不夠徹底，洗完澡整個衞生間地面都是濕噠噠的，怕滑倒。

地理位置不錯，在安吉大道與秀廂大道交叉立交橋下一側，酒店有自己的停車場，提供免費停車，透合自駕車出行的入住。地鐵2號線三十三中站離酒店也不足500米，出行還是很方便的。房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，衞生間乾淨無異味，性價比高，酒店還提供自助早歺，品種不多但能吃飽。也可以開車至萬達廣場商圈去就歺。前台的服務態度熱情，能及時溝通及時為客人解決一些問題。美中不足之處，在於電視頻道不能直播新聞，要求交費，導致我們未能看到哈爾濱亞冬會的直播，希望能解決電視直播的問題。
