位置：很好找。
停車：有地下停車場，而且電梯間和電梯都很大，方便推拉箱，也刻意有小斜坡方便推拉箱。
服務：酒店前台小姐姐很有禮貌，由於我入住時已經凌晨12點，原預訂房間滿了，就馬上幫我升級房間，感恩。
房間：房間升級了商務雙床，1.5米兩張床很贊，房間有50平米超級大，有餐廳沙發書桌，床上用品都很乾凈。
設施：酒店各種用品都刻了楓葉logo，而且必須贊風筒套是麻布，不是一般酒店的絨套，因為黑色絨套特別黏塵我不喜歡，一看那些就是萬年不清潔，這酒店用了麻布袋感覺很棒。
洗手間：我特別在意酒店的洗手間，這裏洗手間用磚做隔牆（真的一路上都是玻璃做間隔那是很沒私隱的），必須贊！而且很大，乾濕分離！
酒店整體都很好，看得出酒店老闆是用心設計和經營的。但是有一點真的必須酒店經營管理者跟政府溝通一下，位置那麼好，對面還是望山公園景觀，明顯是有意向這個區都招好商家做好旅遊，居然公園一早就各種噪音，7點多各種大喇叭廣場舞和迷之自信大叔高歌，縱使酒店已經用了雙層隔音玻璃也沒法隔絕（因為雙層中空玻璃衹能隔低頻音，例如汽車聲音，但這類喇叭高頻音是隔不了的）感覺這樣的情況等於毀了這個那麼好的酒店。附6上平面圖，雙號大床房就不是向馬路公園，單號是向馬路公園。

我們住的是兩個房間聯通的房子，每個房間都是1.8米的大床，而且還有個小帳篷和毛絨玩偶，寶寶很喜歡，性價比非常高。先説説酒店的位置吧，酒店離高速較近，適合自駕遊。酒店是在市內交通路口，因此門前非常寬敞，可以停好多車，酒店還有專屬地下停車場，自駕的朋友不用擔心停車問題。酒店好像是剛開不久，酒店給我的感覺啥都是新的，但沒有裝修的異味，也沒有清新劑的味道。寢具舒適，新。要挑點毛病就是兩個房間衹要一個衞生間，夜裡寶寶起夜不太方便，得從裏屋走出來去衞生間。這是硬件問題，不好改了。但可以配備小童用的小便盆，放在衞生間裏，有寶寶需要的話用着方便。

First off, the location is superb. Situated on Minzu Avenue, this apartment is not only convenient but also offers easy access to many of the city’s main attractions and amenities. Whether you’re looking to explore local restaurants, hit up shopping districts, or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll around the area, you’ll find it all within close proximity. The convenience alone made my stay incredibly easy and stress-free.
Upon entering the apartment, I was immediately impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The hosts clearly take pride in ensuring the space is spotless and inviting. The decor is modern yet warm, with touches of local flair that give it a unique charm. The furniture is both stylish and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. My room was spacious and equipped with all the essentials I needed for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed, which ensured I had restful sleep every night.
One of the highlights was the attention to detail in the amenities provided. From high-speed Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen to thoughtful touches like bottled water, toiletries, and even some local snacks, it was evident that the hosts went out of their way to make guests feel at home. NNguyetDTMLa posizione è facile da trovare, il desk front Xiaoli è considerato e ospite, l'hotel è dotato di una 24-hour palestra, la lavanderia è molto conveniente con lavastoviglie e asciugatrici industriali LG. L'apparecchiatura della camera degli ospiti è anche molto nuovo e pulito. Smart equipments like Xiaodua, curtain automatic and night lamp are plus points. The breakfast provided by the hotel is very good. The staff of the hotel are very supportive and nice. Anche se non possono parlare inglese, comunicare bene tramite Google Translate. Ci è un ristorante molto buono vicino all'hotel (potete vedere nel conto del ristorante attaccato, a soli 900 metri dall'hotel). Possiamo anche raggiungere Nanning Renmin Park a piedi (ovvero 25-30 mins).

My stay extended one day, since cannot change the original booking (a 2 days stay), I made another one separately. Upon check in, reminded reception, and the gentleman did arranged my check in through out entire 3 days. Unfortunately, the assigned room at 19th floor (?) has bad smoke smell, thus I requested a change of room, at first the customer service lady on phone asked me to open window, and giving different kind of excuse and tried to refuse my request, after much request, she said she will arrange and will can me back. Which took 15-20mins and still no return call for updates, until I called again and finally got a change of room to 18th.
another 2 bad experience were :
1) after changed room to 18th, only 2 days being arranged and on the 3rd day when I returned to room, my card was disabled and I had to go down to reception and got my card reactivated, where the girl did challenged me about my booking, said it's no record showing that I have 3rd day booking...
2) my booking is executive room, with free lounge service, after being moved to 18th, I am not able to access 19th to enjoy the lounge, and, I had to go down to reception, again...
for the rest, overall service is OK, and the lounge is great.

UUtente ospiteWe stayed at the Yeste International Hotel (Chaoyang Square District Government) for five nights in mid November. Here's the pros and cons:
Pros: 1) Good location. Within about 5 - 10 minutes walk, you will find yourself in the heart of one of Nanning's busiest shopping and dining district. 2) Good buns and vegetable dishes at breakfast. (If you'd like a piece of toast, however, there's no jam or butter. No cereals either. This is odd considering that the hotel markets itself as ”international”.)
Cons: 1) The Yeste we stayed at promoted itself as ”opened in 2019” but this is misleading! It had been operated as some other hotels before the Yeste brand ”opened” the property as its own. The rooms may have been renovated but many details are clearly worn out from yellow caulking, slow drainage, to moldy cracks. The bathrooms are excruciatingly small. You can't access the full countertop without cramming your legs against the toilet bowl. (We stayed at the ”super” room. Looking back at the online photos posted by the hotel, we couldn't believe that's actually the room we'd stayed at. The fisheye effect used in taking those photos are misleading.)
2) The property allows smoking in some areas. Even if you booked a ”non-smoking” room, chances are that you will ”enjoy” second-hand smoking in the elevator, hallways, even in your own room.
3) Security is non-existent. There is a lobby at the front, but through a side door, which is open 24/7, anyone and everyone can come and go at will. The hotel shares the building with other tenants (businesses). From food delivery, other tenants in the building, to patrons of different businesses, the entire building is an open book. With the push of a button, anyone can access your hotel floors anytime of the day.
Overall, if you are looking for a budget hotel to stay in the city, this property is okay. If you expect quality, security, or services, this is not the place to be.

MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center sono a breve distanza prendere il taxi è ~CNY10-15 & conveniente, poiché il taxi stand è proprio davanti alla strada di cammino verso l'edificio.
L'appartamento e l'unità stessa sono vecchie e non hanno abbastanza manutenzione, offrono la cucina ma se rimangono meno di un mese, è quasi inutile, perché non forniscono nessuna delle forniture di cucina, tranne la caldaia elettrica, Nemmeno i giusti o gli utensili, solo 2 tazze di carta giornaliere nel bagno.
Servizi in camera & molte piccole cose nell'unità sono tutti corrotti e non hanno manutenzione adeguata come i nodi della porta, manici, doccia, tappeti da cucina, tavolo, ecc, la pulizia non è abbastanza buona, tuttavia, Le lastre e letto sono abbastanza pulite senza odore. Offre la pulizia giornaliera, ma solo il pavimento pulito, nessun cambiamento di niente, nessun acqua potabile fornita. Sono molto convenienti a prendere le ferrovie e i bagagli di carico.La stanza è molto spaziosa, l'ambiente di alloggio è confortevole, il servizio della ricetta è entusiasta. Ci sarà un suono di metro di notte, che in qualche modo influenza il sonno, e la reception ha un'orecchia libera.Altri esperienze sono buone.
