房間更是沒話説！推門進去就被驚艷到了，乾淨整潔到發光，床品柔軟舒適，躺下就不想起來，隔音效果也特別好，晚上安安靜靜睡了個好覺。浴室熱水充足，洗漱用品是淡淡的清香，用着很舒服。
服務態度堪稱完美！從入住時前台小姐姐熱情高效的辦理，到客房阿姨每天細緻的打掃，再到餐廳服務員貼心的指引，每個工作人員都笑臉相迎，有求必應。早上的自助早餐種類豐富到選擇困難，中西式都有，食材新鮮味道也好，吃完一整天都精力滿滿。
酒店的公共區域設計得很有格調，大堂寬敞明亮，還有舒適的休息區，偶爾坐下來喝杯茶特別愜意。設施維護得也很好，電梯運行平穩，WiFi全程高速流暢。

PPTRAThe centrally located hotel was convenient for us and ideal for one night while transferring from the train to the plane. The air conditioning was very helpful for given typical temperatures in Nanning. The area itself is busy and, unfortunately, not the cleanest. You can reach the river area in south direction in a few minutes by metro.

DDavidHotel is located diagonally across Mixc shopping centre and easily accessible from 万象城 station on Line 1. It’s 7 stations away from 朝阳百盛步行街 on the same line.
We asked for non-smoking room and were assigned a room on level 3, the only designated non-smoking floor. However the windows open to the atrium courtyard and hotel guests fragrantly flouted the no-smoking signs throughout the hotel and cigarette stench prevails. I advise non-smokers to avoid this place.
Hotel has central heating during this period and it’s not possible to control the temperature in your room if you prefer cooler temperature. We had to resort to opening both door and windows to induce airflow from the cooler corridor.
小米 TV provides a reservoir of content for entertainment for purchase if the usual china terrestrial channels are not your cup of tea. The complimentary welcome drinks at the lobby is a nice touch. The complimentary afternoon tea from 2-5pm merely recycles leftovers from breakfast and can be skipped.
Next trip back I’ll probably pick a hotel near 朝阳广场 for greater ease of access to shopping and restaurants.

First off, the location is superb. Situated on Minzu Avenue, this apartment is not only convenient but also offers easy access to many of the city’s main attractions and amenities. Whether you’re looking to explore local restaurants, hit up shopping districts, or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll around the area, you’ll find it all within close proximity. The convenience alone made my stay incredibly easy and stress-free.
Upon entering the apartment, I was immediately impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The hosts clearly take pride in ensuring the space is spotless and inviting. The decor is modern yet warm, with touches of local flair that give it a unique charm. The furniture is both stylish and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. My room was spacious and equipped with all the essentials I needed for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed, which ensured I had restful sleep every night.
One of the highlights was the attention to detail in the amenities provided. From high-speed Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen to thoughtful touches like bottled water, toiletries, and even some local snacks, it was evident that the hosts went out of their way to make guests feel at home. The kitchen area was well-stocked with basic utensils, which made it easy to prepare simple meals. This was a huge plus for me, as it offered a sense of flexibility and added comfort.
The staff were another big highlight of my stay. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Communication was smooth, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, even offering recommendations for local spots to visit and eat. Their warmth and professionalism added a personal touch that truly elevated my stay. I genuinely felt like they cared about my experience, which is a rare find these days.
The atmosphere in and around the property was also quite serene, despite its central location. Noise was never an issue, allowing for a peaceful and uninterrupted night’s sleep. Security is clearly a priority as well, with secure access points throughout the building, so I always felt safe and at ease during my stay.
Overall, my experience at 房东老于头公寓 (民族大道分店) exceeded all expectations. It provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and warmth, making it an ideal choice for anyone visiting the area. SShiqiThe location is good. Room is decent and big. Good enough if you are just there for a short trips.
Downside of it will be, housekeeping was done sloppy. You can see all those dirt being swept behind the door. And because the hotel is near the park and audio wholesale. Music was being blast day and night. Even with me staying at level 21, I still can hear it.
I don't mind staying here again if I am coming back next time.

My stay extended one day, since cannot change the original booking (a 2 days stay), I made another one separately. Upon check in, reminded reception, and the gentleman did arranged my check in through out entire 3 days. Unfortunately, the assigned room at 19th floor (?) has bad smoke smell, thus I requested a change of room, at first the customer service lady on phone asked me to open window, and giving different kind of excuse and tried to refuse my request, after much request, she said she will arrange and will can me back. Which took 15-20mins and still no return call for updates, until I called again and finally got a change of room to 18th.
another 2 bad experience were :
1) after changed room to 18th, only 2 days being arranged and on the 3rd day when I returned to room, my card was disabled and I had to go down to reception and got my card reactivated, where the girl did challenged me about my booking, said it's no record showing that I have 3rd day booking...
2) my booking is executive room, with free lounge service, after being moved to 18th, I am not able to access 19th to enjoy the lounge, and, I had to go down to reception, again...
for the rest, overall service is OK, and the lounge is great.

MMelbiesUna bella esperienza alberghiera per noi. Dopo un mese di viaggio, questa è stata la nostra ultima fermata. Ci siamo chiesti una stanza tranquilla sperando di avere finalmente una pace e una tranquillità. Ma questa volta dell'anno ci saranno tante famiglie con bambini piccoli che correranno e saltano intorno alle stanze. La signora ci ha detto “vi daremo una stanza che nessuno vuole”. Hahaha! Ma purtroppo siamo ancora circondati da famiglie alte. Comunque, il lobby dell'hotel è molto grande e bella. Il servizio era eccellente. Il portatore ha aiutato a portare il nostro bagaglio nella stanza. La stanza era molto grande e spaziosa. Grande bagno con toilette separata, bagno a sinistra/specchio, bagno e doccia. La vista era noiosa, ma abbiamo detto alla signora che non ci importava della vista. Il letto era bello e morbido, molto comodo. Il WiFi funzionava bene. La pressione dell'acqua per il bagno e la doccia era grande! La pressione dell'acqua migliore che abbia mai avuto in Cina in 10 anni. Il letto non è di fronte alla direzione della televisione che mi di solito disturba come mi piace guardare la TV/film mentre sto a letto, ma la TV nella nostra stanza è stata progettata per estendere verso il nostro letto e poi verso il nostro letto. È stato davvero fantastico, come non ho mai visto nessun hotel lo fare prima. È stato davvero fantastico che hanno fatto 👍🏼👍🏼 le nostre signore di pulizia hanno fatto un grande lavoro ogni giorno, hanno notato che abbiamo sempre bevuto le acque libere e ci hanno dato un paio di extra. Così tanti dettagli di piccole dimensioni ci hanno aiutato a godere davvero il nostro soggiorno qui. La posizione è anche buona.A circa 5-7 minuti a piedi alla stazione di metro. Croce la strada attraverso la stazione della metropolitana e c'è un cinema molto grande IMAX e diversi negozi con molte grandi opzioni di cibo e di intrattenimento. Il negozio MIXC è a circa 15 minuti a piedi. Grande hotel, grande servizio! Resterò qui, certamente, per la prossima visita a Nanning. Grazie!

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo soggiornato all'Yeste International Hotel (Governo di Chaoyang Square) per cinque notti a metà novembre.
Pros: 1) Buona posizione. Nel cuore di uno dei quartieri più occupati di Nanning, si trovano in una delle più occupate shopping e cena. 2) Buoni e piatti di verdura al colazione. (Se ti piacesse un pezzo di tosta, Non c'è mai scimmia o burro, né cereali, e' strano considerare che l'hotel si commercializza come ”internazionale”. )
Cons: 1) La Yeste che abbiamo soggiornato si è promossa come ”aperta nel 2019”, ma questo è sbagliato! È stato gestito come altri hotel prima che la Yeste ”aprisse” la proprietà come sua. Le camere possono essere state ristrutturate, ma molti dettagli sono chiaramente trasportati da caviglia giallo, lenta drenaggio, a crack mold. Le bagni sono molto piccole. Non si può accedere al top completo senza cracking le gambe contro il bastone. (Siamo rimasti nella sala ”super”. Guardando indietro le foto online postate dall'hotel, non potevamo credere che fosse in realtà la stanza che ci saremmo rimasti. L'effetto di pesce usato per prendere queste foto è fuorviante. )
2) La proprietà permette di fumare in alcune aree. Anche se si prenota una stanza ”non fumatori”, è probabile che si ”gioirà” fumare a seconda mano nell'ascensore, nelle vie, anche nella propria stanza.
3) La sicurezza non esiste. C'è un lobby davanti, ma attraverso una porta laterale, che è aperta 24/7, chiunque e tutti possono venire e andare a casa. L'hotel condivide l'edificio con altri locatori (imprese). Dall'approvvigionamento alimentare, agli altri locatori dell'edificio, ai patroni di varie imprese, l'intero edificio è un libro aperto. Con la premessa di un pulsante, chiunque può accedere ai piani dell'hotel in qualsiasi momento.
In generale, se si cerca un hotel di bilancio per soggiornare in città, questa proprietà è ok. Se si aspetta la qualità, la sicurezza, o servizi, questo non è il luogo per essere.
