The air conditioning was very helpful for given typical temperatures in Nanning. The area itself is busy and, unfortunately, not the cleanest. From the moment I walked in, I felt the warm hospitality and attention to detail that the hosts had put into this place.
First off, the location is superb. Situated on Minzu Avenue, this apartment is not only convenient but also offers easy access to many of the city’s main attractions and amenities. Whether you’re looking to explore local restaurants, hit up shopping districts, or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll around the area, you’ll find it all within close proximity. The convenience alone made my stay incredibly easy and stress-free.
Upon entering the apartment, I was immediately impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The hosts clearly take pride in ensuring the space is spotless and inviting. The decor is modern yet warm, with touches of local flair that give it a unique charm. The furniture is both stylish and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. My room was spacious and equipped with all the essentials I needed for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed, which ensured I had restful sleep every night.
One of the highlights was the attention to detail in the amenities provided. From high-speed Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen to thoughtful touches like bottled water, toiletries, and even some local snacks, it was evident that the hosts went out of their way to make guests feel at home. UUtente anonimoL'hotel è stato ristrutturato, e una parte della stanza del piano inferiore è ancora in fase di ristrutturazione.La nostra stanza è di fronte alla strada principale piuttosto che alla scuola, quindi penso che la vista sia migliore e più tranquilla qui. Il personale era molto amichevole e gentile per farci fare il check-in precoce al nostro arrivo. Ci siamo divertiti e non c'è da fare a stare qui di nuovo.

Ci è un ristorante molto buono vicino all'hotel (potete vedere nel conto del ristorante attaccato, a soli 900 metri dall'hotel). Possiamo anche raggiungere Nanning Renmin Park a piedi (ovvero 25-30 mins).

My stay extended one day, since cannot change the original booking (a 2 days stay), I made another one separately. Upon check in, reminded reception, and the gentleman did arranged my check in through out entire 3 days. Unfortunately, the assigned room at 19th floor (?) has bad smoke smell, thus I requested a change of room, at first the customer service lady on phone asked me to open window, and giving different kind of excuse and tried to refuse my request, after much request, she said she will arrange and will can me back. Which took 15-20mins and still no return call for updates, until I called again and finally got a change of room to 18th.
another 2 bad experience were :
1) after changed room to 18th, only 2 days being arranged and on the 3rd day when I returned to room, my card was disabled and I had to go down to reception and got my card reactivated, where the girl did challenged me about my booking, said it's no record showing that I have 3rd day booking...
2) my booking is executive room, with free lounge service, after being moved to 18th, I am not able to access 19th to enjoy the lounge, and, I had to go down to reception, again...
for the rest, overall service is OK, and the lounge is great.

Ci siamo chiesti una stanza tranquilla sperando di avere finalmente una pace e una tranquillità. Ma questa volta dell'anno ci saranno tante famiglie con bambini piccoli che correranno e saltano intorno alle stanze. La signora ci ha detto “vi daremo una stanza che nessuno vuole”. Hahaha! Ma purtroppo siamo ancora circondati da famiglie alte. Comunque, il lobby dell'hotel è molto grande e bella. Il servizio era eccellente. Il portatore ha aiutato a portare il nostro bagaglio nella stanza. La stanza era molto grande e spaziosa. Grande bagno con toilette separata, bagno a sinistra/specchio, bagno e doccia. La vista era noiosa, ma abbiamo detto alla signora che non ci importava della vista. Il letto era bello e morbido, molto comodo. Il WiFi funzionava bene. La pressione dell'acqua per il bagno e la doccia era grande! La pressione dell'acqua migliore che abbia mai avuto in Cina in 10 anni. Il letto non è di fronte alla direzione della televisione che mi di solito disturba come mi piace guardare la TV/film mentre sto a letto, ma la TV nella nostra stanza è stata progettata per estendere verso il nostro letto e poi verso il nostro letto. È stato davvero fantastico, come non ho mai visto nessun hotel lo fare prima. È stato davvero fantastico che hanno fatto 👍🏼👍🏼 le nostre signore di pulizia hanno fatto un grande lavoro ogni giorno, hanno notato che abbiamo sempre bevuto le acque libere e ci hanno dato un paio di extra. Così tanti dettagli di piccole dimensioni ci hanno aiutato a godere davvero il nostro soggiorno qui. La posizione è anche buona.A circa 5-7 minuti a piedi alla stazione di metro. Croce la strada attraverso la stazione della metropolitana e c'è un cinema molto grande IMAX e diversi negozi con molte grandi opzioni di cibo e di intrattenimento. Il negozio MIXC è a circa 15 minuti a piedi. Grande hotel, grande servizio! Resterò qui, certamente, per la prossima visita a Nanning. Grazie!

UUtente ospiteStayed overnight for a next day morning flight which was delayed, no problem as the hotel allowed us to keep our room until 2 pm at no charge. There was no requirement for a deposit on arrival. For the price we weren't expecting much, how wrong can you be. I have stayed in hotels costing four times what we paid that just didn't come close to this.
The room was air conditioned, well prepared and clean with an excellent shower which is a must for us.
On departure a member of staff helped us with our luggage the short walk to departures, he only left us once he had found and escorted us to the correct check in. A very pleasant and helpful young man. All staff were extremely helpful and courteous.
Next time we visit family in Nanning we will definitely use this hotel on arrival and departure.
