Hotel auto-edilizia, semplice decorazione, vicino alla scuola di esame, camminare sulla metropolitana circa venti minuti. Ci sono più comodi cibo vicino, e l'esperienza di alloggio non può avere troppe aspettative. La stanza è fantastica!!!!E'pulita e pulita, e appena entrato, e il bagno è anche profumo!!!! La foto della carta di sorpresa sarà anche molto esibita e molto atmosferica, ma siamo qui per l'esame. Dovremmo anche stare tranquilli la sera, e ci sono posti intorno a mangiare. Molte scelte, poi la signorina e la sorella sono particolarmente buone. Le chiedo di soddisfare il meglio possibile, e la gente parla bene!!!! Un grande popolo. Se veniamo a giocare a Nanning, puoi prenotare. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Phoenix Hotel, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. A special shoutout goes to the front desk manager, Xiao Xue, whose exceptional service truly made my stay memorable.
Xiao Xue went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the hotel and the surrounding area, providing me with great recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made me feel valued as a guest.
The hotel itself is beautifully appointed, with spacious and comfortable rooms that are well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, which made it a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring.

HHo FongMia sorella & ho scelto di rimanere qui per cinque notti a causa della sua posizione (vicina al centro commerciale IKEA e vicinanza al metro) e della sua tariffa competitiva.
Ci sono molti pros su questo hotel:
- servizio eccellente (molto responsivo, utile e personale amabile) - la camera è tranquilla, pulita e spaziosa
- vi è anche una lavatrice con una lavatrice e un asciugacapelli, nonché un lavastoviglie; è inoltre fornito un detergente per lavastoviglie, che è un bonus.
- sebbene ogni giorno siano fornite solo due bottiglie di acqua potabile FOC, siamo riusciti a ottenere un ulteriore quattro bottiglie quando abbiamo fatto la richiesta al desk front
I conseguenze che spero possano essere migliorate sono:
- il wifi: non siamo riusciti a usarlo tutto il tempo che ci siamo fermati qui, che, credo, è la più grande carenza dell'hotel
- c'è solo una lavatrice e un asciugacapelli. Per un hotel di questa dimensione, è ragionevole fornire almeno due di ciascuno.
Vorrei riflettere su di nuovo e/o raccomandare a mio amico e parente? La risposta è sì, ma spero che la gestione affronterà quanto prima le questioni sopra menzionate.

IisuLocation is good, but have to walk 12 minutes to nanning train station. It is not that near. But it s a small matter compare to all other plus points of this hotel.
The hotel is amazing, service from front desk , restaurant and housekeeping. The laundry room is a plus, especially during summer time when clothes will be wet all day 😅. And you dont have to bring any soap. The laundry machine already provided with the detergent. The dryer also very good. Its still new.
I would like to thanks Xiao Pang (小庞) and a young man in the front desk , they are very helpful. My chinese not so good, but they did their best to help. They helped to book taxi , even help to bring our big luggages to our room. And they did not want to take the tips we want to give. Amazing China hotel experience for us 👍👍👍
The hotel is clean, the toilet have jetspray (it is very important for the south east asian guests😁). The bed is so comfortable, i checked the bed, it's King koil brand. No wonder it feel so good to sleep. The curtain is automatically opened when you open the door. There is welcome fruit and cute note written by the staff. In the restaurant, they have 1 big teddy bear doll to sit with you if you eat alone 🤗. The hotel branding as smart and green hotel.
Around hotel, there is small grocery store and few restaurants nearby.
Overall... we re very happy to stay in this hotel. And recommended if you want to stay in Nanning 👍👍👍

From the moment I walked in, I felt the warm hospitality and attention to detail that the hosts had put into this place.
First off, the location is superb. Situated on Minzu Avenue, this apartment is not only convenient but also offers easy access to many of the city’s main attractions and amenities. Whether you’re looking to explore local restaurants, hit up shopping districts, or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll around the area, you’ll find it all within close proximity. The convenience alone made my stay incredibly easy and stress-free.
Upon entering the apartment, I was immediately impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The hosts clearly take pride in ensuring the space is spotless and inviting. The decor is modern yet warm, with touches of local flair that give it a unique charm. The furniture is both stylish and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. My room was spacious and equipped with all the essentials I needed for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed, which ensured I had restful sleep every night.
One of the highlights was the attention to detail in the amenities provided. From high-speed Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen to thoughtful touches like bottled water, toiletries, and even some local snacks, it was evident that the hosts went out of their way to make guests feel at home. The kitchen area was well-stocked with basic utensils, which made it easy to prepare simple meals. This was a huge plus for me, as it offered a sense of flexibility and added comfort.
The staff were another big highlight of my stay. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Communication was smooth, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, even offering recommendations for local spots to visit and eat. Their warmth and professionalism added a personal touch that truly elevated my stay. I genuinely felt like they cared about my experience, which is a rare find these days.
The atmosphere in and around the property was also quite serene, despite its central location. Noise was never an issue, allowing for a peaceful and uninterrupted night’s sleep. Security is clearly a priority as well, with secure access points throughout the building, so I always felt safe and at ease during my stay.

- no coffee at breakfast! generally, poor food choice
- we stayed on a “non-smoking floor” but there were ashtrays next to the elevators and everything including our towels stank of cigarettes!
- there were supposed to be free drinks until 10:30 pm but when I called around 9 pm, they said they’d run out
- expensive laundry service

WWan SuwanThe location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building.
The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom.
Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent.
In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.
