Inutile dire che il servizio in camera in questo hotel è molto buono. Ero sempre occupato con i miei bagagli, ma il servizio del cameriere a colazione era molto scarso. Devo portare un piatto di melone da mangiare a mio figlio ogni mattina pochissimi meloni sul tavolo, è circa un quarto di melone. Ho preso un piatto e non era rimasto molto. Il cameriere non me lo ha lasciato prendere, dicendo che gli altri clienti non potevano mangiarlo, quindi io ha detto, basta tagliarlo a pezzi e poi puoi fare colazione in hotel. Preparare un quarto di melone per gli ospiti? Non sei pronto per aggiungere altro? Sono rimasto per quattro giorni in totale, e il caposquadra era così ogni giorno. Era così ogni giorno. L'ultimo giorno mi sono rifiutato di lasciarlo prendere a mia moglie, dicendo che spero non ce la facesse più la direzione può migliorarlo dopo aver visto la mia valutazione.

共入住5天4晚 首先 先説好的一點： 1.酒店位置很好 旁邊就是金鷹、樂基廣場 距離地鐵站公交站步行方便 全屋智能化很方便 2.前廳員工服務禮儀很好 進出都會站起身來向客人問好 . 3.酒店配備洗衣房（提供肥皂，洗衣液，針線包等），健身房及前台電梯口配備一些礦泉水、日用品及小零食等 4.酒店可免費停車 雖正常計費 但聯繫前台後 前台幫忙免除了停車費 再説缺點： 1. 入住當天 房間遙控器找不到 告知前台後 前台安排人到房間來尋找 在我明確告知服務員自己已經找過的情況下 服務員還是要去尋找 最後發現確實找不到 才去考慮拿一個備用的給我. 2.電視從入住到退房 一直都存在間隔十分鐘就會死機 必須要重新開關機才能夠觀看 但觀看十分鐘後又會發生此類問題 反覆循環 電視網絡一直不穩定 3.入住第三天上午出門回來後跟前台告知電視有信號不好網絡中斷問題 前台答覆我會聯繫售後看一下怎麼解決 但一直到我退房 沒有發現任何解決方案. 4.房間在洗衣房對過 位置很好 但是經常會出現其他客人洗衣後長時間 甚至幾個小時不將衣物取走的現象 導致其他客人無法使用 建議酒店可以製作一些告示牌等 提醒客人洗衣完畢的時間 及時取走.（有很多酒店目前已經有掃碼查看剩餘洗衣時間的功能） 5.酒店提供免費早餐 這點很好 但是幾日均八點左右用早餐 菜量明顯不足 且用餐位比較緊張 總體來説，出遊或出差入住這家酒店也是一個不錯的選擇

酒店乾淨衞生，前台還給做了升級，剛剛開業的酒店，設施還是比較新的，設施也打掃的很乾凈，總之我十分推薦，附近外賣吃飯也很方便
