Honestly, overall it was a terrible experience.
When I came into my room for the first time, everything seemed quite dirty, especially in the bathroom. The sink was dirty, there was pee on the toilet seat and most of the towels had dirt on them. Dirty towels weren’t renewed during room cleaning either and overall there was dirt all over the floor.
When I first came in, the room seemed to be smoke free, however as soon as I turned on the AC there was a terrible smell of smoke in the room which didn’t go away for my whole stay and made it hard to sleep for me. The AC also turned off by itself randomly throughout the night. All my clothes and things smelled terrible when I came back and took days to lose their smoky scent.
When I had to stay in the room for a whole day due to a typhoon warning, I told the room service I didn’t want a clean but they insisted and opened the door with their card after I closed the door on them. I then had to wait outside my room for them to clean even though I told them I didn’t want cleaning.
There also wasn’t a safe, but there was quite a big fridge.
Breakfast wasn’t very good either, unfortunately, and only open until 9:30 am. There were dead flies on my watermelon and overall there were fruit flies flying around all over the buffet.
The only good thing about the hotel really was the location, with some malls in walkable distance and the Metro station very close.
Overall, I would not recommend, especially if you care about hygiene. It was a terrible experience and I really regret booking this hotel.
