Titolo: Un'esperienza come una casa lontano da casa: vale la pena provare questo hotel! Recentemente ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo imponente hotel, dove ho percepito la massima cura e un servizio attento. Quello che segue è il mio sincero elogio per questo hotel, spero che possa fornire un riferimento per il tuo viaggio. 1. Posizione geografica superiore Questo hotel è situato nella vivace zona del centro città, con comodi trasporti e vicino ai principali quartieri degli affari e alle attrazioni turistiche. È a pochi passi dalla stazione della metropolitana e viaggiare è molto comodo. Inoltre, le strutture di supporto circostanti dell'hotel sono complete, inclusi negozi, ristoranti e divertimenti, permettendoti di goderti una vita comoda. 2. Le camere sono confortevoli e piacevoli Ho soggiornato in una camera superior dell'hotel. La camera era spaziosa e luminosa, con un arredamento semplice ed elegante. Il letto è comodo e il materasso è moderatamente morbido e rigido, consentendo una buona notte di sonno. La camera è completamente attrezzata, compreso minibar, cassaforte, ferro da stiro, ecc., per soddisfare le vostre diverse esigenze. Inoltre, l'hotel offre anche la connessione Wi-Fi gratuita per mantenerti sempre online. 3. Ricco catering e prelibatezze Il ristorante dell'hotel presenta un ambiente elegante e piatti ricchi e diversificati. La colazione a buffet offre un'ampia varietà di opzioni, combinando la cucina cinese e occidentale per soddisfare le esigenze di gusti diversi. A pranzo e cena potrete scegliere tra menu fissi o à la carte. Gli chef sono esperti nella lavorazione artigianale e il gusto è autentico. Inoltre, l'hotel dispone anche di una caffetteria e di un bar, che vi permetteranno di gustare cibo e vino nel vostro tempo libero. 4. Servizio cordiale e premuroso Dal check-in al check-out, il personale dell'hotel mantiene sempre un atteggiamento caloroso e premuroso. Al momento del check-in, il personale della reception è stato efficiente e cordiale. Durante il vostro soggiorno, l'addetto alle camere pulirà la camera ogni giorno e la manterrà in ordine. Quando incontri un problema, il personale dell'hotel può sempre risolverlo in tempo, il che ti fa sentire molto amichevole. In breve, questo hotel si è comportato bene in termini di posizione, servizi in camera, cibo e bevande, qualità del servizio, ecc., facendomi sentire come a casa. Se stai programmando un viaggio, potresti prendere in considerazione questo hotel, credo che diventerà parte dei tuoi meravigliosi ricordi. Ancora una volta, vorrei elogiare l'hotel per le sue eccellenti prestazioni e augurargli sempre meglio!

Sono molto soddisfatto della mia esperienza di alloggio. Ho soggiornato allo Shanshui Hotel quando sono venuto a Nanchino prima. L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione ed è molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana può anche raggiungere a piedi il Palazzo Presidenziale e il Museo delle Sei Dinastie. Questa volta l'addetto alla reception ha anche aggiornato la mia tipologia di camera. Ne sono molto soddisfatto. Le strutture della camera sono molto nuove e l'igiene è molto buona. Anche la colazione è buona e ricca L'hotel è comodo al piano inferiore e l'hotel è gratuito. È molto adatto per chi viaggia da solo. Gli ospiti in viaggio sperano che Shanshui migliori sempre di più e soggiorneranno qui la prossima volta che verranno a Nanchino.

Hotel spot clean and service good. Only set back as follow 1. Booking through Trip.com needs credit payment in advance as usual.  2. During check need to pay in advance towards the hotel. Later Trip.com will reimburse back my credit card bank. Which makes in convenience for me, my credit card bank and trip.com.  3. Hotel does not trust customer like us. Where we need to place RMB 200 holding during stay. I don’t understand why they need RMB 200 holding during stay. What happens customer forget to collect their RMB 200. Will the hotel send back to customer if deposit was paid in cash.  That is my setback. This was our first time where hotel neeeeeds to collect payment directly from customer. My God Oh.  Warmth regards

We chose this hotel for our New Year trip and we're pleasantly surprised by the room size, the view and the position. We even managed to walk back from Xinjiekou, which looked far from the map but was actually only a 30min walk away. Same with 1912 and the presidential palace, very close even on foot. For the attractions that needed a metro, the closest stop is at less than 10min away. The room was spacious and comfortable, just a little too warm. The staff is friendly and gave us many water bottles at every request.

Great location just south of Xianmen station. Quite tired looking from the outside but improves drastically upon approaching the lobby. The property is aged but this isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Bed is super soft, big desk and chair, couch is sturdy and the cup disinfector is a nice touch. Wifi speed is about 20 megs per second and there are tons of TV channels. Buffet breakfast had many options. Robot butlers on standby. Love the ceiling mounted showerhead. There was a fridge but it was locked, quite pointless. Overall this is easily the best place I’ve stayed in Nanjing and recommend it.

The hotel is well maintained and clean. The bed is comfortable and the shower pressure is very strong. The location is near the metro station and there are many restaurants nearby. The front desk manager was very helpful and gave us a lot of useful information about places of interest. Highly recommended.

Location is very good close to attractions. Service is very good too and friendly staff. Recommended!

We stayed for one night only but it was a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast offered food for everyone.

Room is a little dated but all towel is plastic wrapped for hygiene purposes. They also provide a sanitiser to clean the cup in the room. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Near many tourist sights. Staff very efficient and sorted out Wi-Fi issue straight away. Hotel clean, breakfast choice good. Amenities available however did not use

The smart room was surprisingly worth it considering the price. At first glance the design concept is questionable but it kind of makes sense in an interesting way. Only downside is the shower glass;maybe some privacy glass should be added as well,not only couples will book the room. Service was perfect,location spot on. Overall it was worth it .
