位置極好，特別是春節期間的這個價位，可以説是性價比極高了，緊靠潮州西湖，服務人員很nice，沒什麼好挑剔的，路邊就能停車，否則要走路幾分鐘去停車場，但是春節期間潮州的停車位實在是太過緊張，我們運氣很好，在路邊停了三天，不用車，反正去景點走點路就行了

L'ambiente è carino e il capo è molto attento all'arredamento.
Soprattutto le finestre dal pavimento al soffitto su tre lati sono fantastiche. Sarebbe perfetto se potessero installare un'apertura automatica delle finestre!
La vasca da bagno è piena di acqua di sorgente di montagna e il colore è proprio quello. L'ho messa a bagno tre volte, quindi sentiti libera di immergerla.
Un piccolo suggerimento è che il poggiapiedi accanto al piede della finestra possa essere rimosso. Perché è facile sbattere i piedi

VVythicaWe stayed in Floral Luxury.1949 Guesthouse for 1 night. We booked Mufan room located on the ground floor as i am travelling with my elderly mom and carrying heavy luggage bags.
The guesthouse butler will contact you the night before your arrival to add them to Wechat for easy communication. They will share their hotel location and offer pick-up service at the train station if required.
Access to Yunshuiyao town is RMB90 perpax and free for those aged above 65 years old. Yunshuiyao is a scenic town area with 3 km long (2 - 3 hours walk). We hired a chinese speaking guide to accompany us to explain the history of Huaiyan building (square tulou), Hegui building (round tulou), and the town area. It cost RMB100.
The guesthouse is located inside Yunshuiyao town, behind the shop houses, in-between waterwheel and 2 trees (named as husband and wife) aged above 670 years old.
When we reached there at 2.30 pm, it was raining. The hotel staff immediately came out with an umbrella to pick us up and assist with the luggage.
The check-in is fast, and the access to the room is by password, which they will share in Wechat. Checkout is also very easy.
The hotel offered free fruits twice a day, afternoon and evening.
The basic bathroom essentials are complete, and they also provide bathrobes. The bed and pillows are very comfortable for a good night sleep. Luckily the aircond can change to warm mode as it was very cold on raining day.
There's a mini kids playground for children's. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast set come with porridge and soya drink. Can topup if needed more. The in-house restaurant provides lunch & dinner with a la carte chinese foods menu.
The sky brightens at 5 am, while the sun rises high at 6.45am. If you are able to wake up early, this is the best time for you to revisit the town and tulou surrounding area for nice photos and cool breeze as only local people around. There's a roadside stall selling super long youtiao (equal to size of 2 youtiao) located near the stone bridge not far from guesthouse.
The whole Yunshuiyao town is covered with natural peebles pathway. Wear suitable shoes as it will be very slippery during the rainy day.

DDarylAs it wasn't a busy time and we were staying for a whole week, on check they upgraded us to the Wooden Loft Family Room, which was quite nice. The room was comfortable with big windows and a nice view across the stream to the forest. It was great to have a washing machine and the washing machine had a dryer function as well so we could still dry our clothes when it was cloudy and cool. The smart toilet was a bit disappointing as the controller wasn't very responsive and the flush was very weak. The tub was nice though the water was not quite hot enough to make it comfortable. Most of all we enjoyed the courtyard area and the breakfast/restaurant area, especially the tea room. They are really well designed and organized and provide a nice space to relax and read and write. The breakfast was quite nice, they provide a serving size based on the number of people, though it was often not enough for us and we normally asked for another serving. They also brought a fruit and yogurt platter to the room in evenings which we also enjoyed. The location is convenient to walk down to the Yuchanglou Tulou in Xiabancun, though part of the way will be on the main road which can be busy with traffic. To get to other areas such as Tianluokeng and Taxiacun it is also possible to walk, though again sometimes you have to walk on the main road as there is no walking path or small side road. There is a tourist bus service that goes between the scenic spots and you can even flag them down in between though you are supposed to have purchased a transportation ticket first and that is not striaghtforward to get if you didn't get it in advance. So, most guests come with their own car or rent one. If arriving by train, while trip.com shows the Yongding and Longshan railway stations as the closest, actually the quickest and most convenient station is the one at Nanjing. Also, because the hotel is within the scenic area you do need to purchase tickets to enter, either online tickets or paper tickets at the gate.

UUtente ospiteA novembre, fuori stagione, il capo ha migliorato la stanza. Al secondo piano, sdraiati sul letto, potrete ammirare l'edificio Yude (un edificio rotondo in terra). Al centro c'è un fiume largo solo 10 metri. La zia della colazione è stata molto accogliente. Quando volevamo mangiare verdure, ne raccoglieva un po' dal suo campo e le faceva bollire per noi. La stanza era pulita e igienica. Bisogna accendere la corrente e far bollire l'acqua almeno mezz'ora prima di fare il bagno. Il flusso dell'acqua è molto forte e molto confortevole. In questa stagione le notti in montagna sono molto fredde, ma fortunatamente il capo è stato molto accogliente e ha persino aggiunto WeChat per darci molti promemoria di viaggio.

UUtente ospiteLe strutture hardware dell'edificio terrestre sono proprio lì e chi ha esigenze più elevate potrebbe trovarlo molto scomodo, ma penso che le condizioni esistenti siano già molto buone. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo portato i bambini a vivere e sentire la storia, è stato davvero fantastico! E rispetto al Tulou con ”quattro piatti e una zuppa” (bisogna uscire dal Tulou per andare in bagno e fare la doccia), sono davvero grato che la stanza della locanda abbia un bagno privato. La madre del proprietario,. Zia Huang, ha 60 anni. Devo davvero congratularmi con lei: stavamo viaggiando in macchina, appena abbiamo parcheggiato la macchina, è venuta con un palo per portare i bagagli camera, era la guida turistica (ci ha anche portato all'edificio in terra per fare foto gratuitamente), è stata quella che ha cucinato il cibo, ed è stata la stessa che ci ha dato l'ultima goccia. Zia Huang è una grande lavoratrice e gentile e ci fa sentire tutto il calore e l'entusiasmo dei residenti originari di Tulou. Se ne avrò la possibilità, andrò di nuovo a incontrare zia Huang, piace così tanto a tutti noi! Mi piace molto il piatto di funghi rossi selvatici e carne fritta. Zia Huang è andata sulla montagna a raccoglierlo e si è commossa e lo ha mangiato con gioia, ahahah😄

SScarletTheWandererAbbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno qui e lo consiglierei molto bene. Le camere erano pulite, spaziose e ristrutturate. Il bagno era molto pulito, la doccia era forte e l'acqua era calda. Il letto era molto comodo e il proprietario e sua moglie erano molto amichevoli. Il colazione era delizioso tradizionale Congi con verdure, uova, noci salate e bastoni a vapore. La posizione era sorprendente, è proprio sul fiume, quindi tutto il tuo orecchio è il bellissimo fiume! È sulla strada che vi porta a tutte le principali visione della zona scenica Yunshuiyao e passeggiate vicino e bello a ogni Tulou da qui con splendidi alberi Banyan!!! Il balcone era molto bello sedersi e godersi una cena con una vista incredibile sul fiume e intorno a Tulos. Si consiglia di prenotare un conducente, perché il trasporto dal treno da qui è un po' difficile se non si guidano da soli. Molto buon prezzo anche! Si consiglia questo gemello!
