Rather old and quite noisy if you stay level 1 or 2 cos there is someone above you. When someone walking, you can hear the noise very clear. Andack of maintenance, the room and toilets looks old. Breakfast wise just simple plain porridge, you tiao, sweet potato, corn, boil egg, peanuts and pickles, few pieces of cut orange. All food is counted each for each customer, is not buffet style but no waste food too! I believe you can ask for more if u need. For experience to stay in such bamboo/wood building is not a bad experience thought. Thanks for the lady boss, very friendly.

Best experience : proprietress of the hotel upgraded my room to a king size bed at the top floor without extra charges!
Free Glutinous rice wine if one take dinner inside the establishment!
Beautiful garden & 2nd floor seating place to enjoy free tea tasting session !

老闆很熱情，介紹旅遊路線，景區路不好走，老闆幫忙用小車拉行李，房間乾淨整潔，有小院子，佈置的很温馨，位置很好，離水車近，老闆家的早飯很豐盛，中午晚上還可以點菜吃飯，住宿可以免費參觀土樓之光的博物館，博物館裏孩子可以體驗提線木偶，可以上樓遠眺懷遠樓，總之很推薦！

推薦指數五顆星，因為領進門的阿姨服務很好，距離村中心遊玩便利，性價比超高，早餐的阿姨做得麪口感很好，還準備了油條等下飯菜，除了衞生間洗澡容易水漫金山，其他沒有缺點。（附:老闆衞生間那邊可以改造一下，體驗感會更好）下次會繼續選擇

這家民宿位於大水車的核心地帶，各個景點都極為便捷。小院的設計獨具匠心，房間內部整潔衞生，居住體驗極為舒適。服務熱情洋溢，細緻入微，從停車場就開始幫我們搬運行李，還貼心地為我們規劃遊玩路線。他們家自己的博物館——鍾興樓（憑房卡參觀）絕對值得一遊，個人而言，我認為其觀賞價值甚至超過了懷遠樓。早餐是按人頭分配的，雖然種類不算繁多，但勝在味道上乘，尤其是他們家的貴妃雞，更是美味絕倫。

民宿位於雲水謠景區核心的位置，老闆很熱情，服務態度非常好，詳細介紹了景區的路線和玩法。民宿乾淨整潔，小院子景緻別緻，很有韻味。早餐是按人數給的，種類不多但味道好，特別是花生漿好喝。她們自家的土樓文化博物館很驚喜，就是一座很有特點的土樓，值得一逛。冬天夜晚的還是有點冷，需要開空調睡覺。清晨的雲水謠很美！

這次入住非常滿意，酒店環境安靜舒適，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全。尤其要感謝熱情的老闆娘，車子剛開過橋，就已經在路邊等我們了，而且耐心解答我們的各種問題，還熱心推薦了周邊美食和遊玩路線，讓我們的旅程更加順利愉快。如果再來這裏，一定還會選擇入住！

該民宿位於雲水謠景區古鎮核心，有難得的專屬停車位，老闆娘熱情周到，主動詳細介紹景區遊玩的景點和時間順序，並可評酒店房卡免票進入離懷遠樓不遠處的土樓文化之光園內的鐘興樓登樓參觀，酒店客房不大，但整潔乾淨，環境優雅，設施用品齊備，民宿與飯店是一家，所以吃飯方便，早餐不錯，感覺這是一家有品位、很規範的民宿，值得推薦來雲水謠景區參觀遊覽時居住。

地理位置真的是很優秀，就在大榕樹旁邊，離各種景點都不遠，房間很舒適，細節能看老闆的不將就，牙刷拖鞋很齊全。老闆非常熱情，很詳細給我們介紹了各種景點，遊玩線路，老闆家的博物館秒殺懷遠樓啊，看了土樓博物館真的可以不需要去懷遠樓了，懷遠樓太商業，體驗感很差。還推薦一個翠美樓，雖然不大拍出來很好看。做飯也好吃，炒菜特別香非常推薦
