設施：非常新，裝修也不錯，很有感覺。室外私湯水温很好，就是加熱時間有點長。 衞生:衞生也做的不錯，沒發現大問題。 環境:沒話説，風景真的美，在房間就能看到很好的風景。 用餐:下午選擇了150塊一位的餐食，個人覺得口味還行，但是並不是很愛吃，咱們説是廚師排菜，不能點菜，我們也接受了，但建議還是得尊重下顧客，問問有啥忌口吧，我們2人都不吃苦瓜，都浪費了。 在説到早餐，簡直就是糊弄人，1200塊的房價，早餐簡單到沒法理解，後面附圖。 提個基本建議:酒店泡麪，各種飲料啥的得常備，下午酒店沒吃飽，連個泡麪都沒有，還叫不到外賣，得開車40分鐘下去。真的體驗感很差。 服務:服務中規中矩，前一天住的紅寺湖雲縵山莊，建議多向那邊學習，那邊設施雖然有些舊了，但是服務非常在線。 總結:服務加強，餐食加強。淡季能去選擇1100多房間的對服務對餐食是有些要求的，希望越來越好吧。

由於第一晚定的酒店住的有點撇，第二晚一定要找個好點的住宿，所以看了這家，就在光霧山鎮上，燕子嶺索道下一點，酒店不錯，是自家修的四層樓，落地窗，床鋪被褥睡起很舒服，衞生間也很乾凈，就是網上圖那樣，最好的是他們家的飯菜好吃，還有燉湯類，炒菜好吃，我們點了小炒黃牛肉，茶樹菇炒臘肉，好吃，很下飯，第二天早餐起晚了老闆還給我們煮的煎蛋麪，一人10塊，反正很滿意，推薦入住。千萬別去住後面那一排農家樂，很撇，這家觀山別院算是去光霧山不錯的選擇，雖然比後面農家樂高一倍的價但是值得，就是位置有點不好找，就在消防支隊右手邊坡坡下面，已經給老闆反應了建議做一個牌子，不然真的有點不好找。反正推薦入住哈。
