Vits Bharat Nanded

Person in front desk was not experienced. Room phone was not working after 2 hours they send the person for repair work but he also unable to solve the problem. Finally at 8.30 PM I was given one mobile number for placing my order but no body was ready to pick it up. Finally I request one staff from the hotel to take order. Morning before 8 o clock you can't order because there is no kitchen staff in the hotel , so can only order after 8 o clock in the morning. I will not suggest anyone else to throw there precious money for this *BAKWAS* Hotel there are better hotels then VITS.

Overall Stay was comfortable. Staff at Front Desk and Housekeeping were very good. I feel people appointed at Buffet needs to learn to be more informed and learned about their own hotel more. Only issue was with Buffet,where staff denied basic baby food like Upma, Simple Dosa was taking 30+ mins to come to Table. Also the food quality in the offering can be improved as some items were raw. Photo of Dosa that came after 30+ mins. Food quality overall was good. On a lighter note Paneer Manchurian needs to be soft rather than hard to break.

I booked through a tour company and this was classed as the better of hotels in Nanded. Hazur Sahib is close by, the shrine of Shri Gobind Singh Ji is visited by thousands of people daily. I opted for the deluxe room. The VITS is advertised as premium accommodation with premium facilities. We experience no premium qualities about this hotel. The linen including the pillows were dirty. The towels were of poor quality. The room was based on the ground floor with the regular noise from staff, customer's and from the dining area. The breakfast was not ready to be opened for 8am. The waiting staff were shocking, having to ask for water and I witnessed an elderly lady asking for water. It arrived about 20 minutes later. The waiting staff, for some reason, were regularly putting their hands in their pockets and on mobile phones. One waiter used his finger to tidy up a bowl of yoghurt, the same finger, he was using on his mobile phone. They're were two, old looking mattresses leaning to one side in the dining area. We were only booked for 2 nights but we left the hotel after 1 night only. What Nanded really needs is hotel chains to build hotels and in doing so, squeeze hotels like VITS out of business. Would I recommend VITS, No, never, terrible and dirty hotel.

Only good thing about hotel is room. Overall ambience is poor. Restaurant is pathetic morning breakfast is pathetic staff is courteous. In room dining is tasteless although rates are very competitive as compared to other 3 star hotels

The staff right from reception to everyone, lacking empathy and sensitivity towards customer experience. Had very bad experience with respect to basic hygiene, readiness, housekeeping, safety, food etc.
