C c'est un voleur il m'a fait une taxe de 7€ en espèces en me précisant que c'était pour vous cela est inadmissible. Autrement il ne voulait pas me donner la clé il etait 21 h j étais fatigué et j avais payer à votre plate-forme c c'est une honte de proposer des hôtel de voleur car après renseignements les taxe à 7 € ça n existe pas surtout en espèces, il m à fait la différence du prix....

I came to Nancy for the festival de jazz... Very good hotel on the place stanislas very clean and run well..... Perfect... excellent... I recommended 👌

This hotel is old and decrepit. Bathroom does not even have a hook to hang the handheld shower in the bathtub. Mold behind the taps. Not sure when the blanket on the bed was last washed. WiFi is really bad. Elevator out of order…..great when they give you the third floor to lug your suitcase up! Really nothing to recommend about this hotel.

Great location but….. couldn’t have our room til 5 pm had to leave by 10.30am Room on the 5 th floor ,no lift, vertiginous staircase our modest suitcase stuck No soap/ shampoo etc Tried to over charge us had to find our booking to prove Could have been so much better

My experience during my stay was truly great. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless check-in process, and I found the accommodations to be incredibly comfortable. The hotel's advantageous location made it effortless to explore the nearby attractions at my leisure. Although the dining options were not prominently highlighted, I discovered that there were numerous local eateries conveniently situated nearby, offering a variety of culinary experiences. Overall, the hotel proved to be an ideal destination for a tranquil getaway, and I highly recommend it to others seeking a similar retreat.

The location is perfect and the staff very friendly, I would definitely recommend if you want to be central at a fair price, I was looking for some sightseeing and the young man at the reception was very helpful.

After you paid in Cash €94 they try to rip you off using your creditcard wich is deposit in your App you used to do the booking and cancel your booking… I just stayed one night because of that in the very basic, shady and not well cleaned room… In the room you‘ll find just a bed.and a very old and not clean very small bathroom… Bookings are on your own risk!
