Nancy: hotel con bar

Ottimo servizio e accoglienza, personale molto simpatico, buon colazione e abbastanza per essere sicuri di passare una giornata incredibile, non consiglio molto altro che per passare il piacere mattinale di volontà per un prezzo ragionabile, non esitate a passare è un puro piacere!

My wife and I stayed one night in the Mercure Nancy Centre Place Stanislas on our way to Switzerland and we had also booked one night there for the return journey. We have stayed in more hotels than I could possibly remember, including Mercure hotels so I was surprised when my wife said this was the worst hotel I had every booked for her! But let’s start with the good features. Its position close to the city centre makes it ideal for a city stopover. It’s just a short walk to Place Stanislas and all the restaurants and sights. The other great facility is the car parking: it has its own underground park right opposite the hotel side entrance. The rest was pretty poor. The feature that appalled my wife was that the toilet was in a room so small that it was impossible – and I do mean literally impossible – to sit on it and close the door! The hotel management must know this and yet they go on letting this room. That complacency is unforgivable. Checkin was curious. It involved a very long process conducted by a cheerful but apparently quite untrained person perched on the end of a table with a laptop. How come? The Mercure have a professional reservation system so what was this chap using? He also had a queue of annoyed people waiting to check in behind me. If I had been one of them I would have been annoyed, too. Eventually he walked me across to the lift and configured my room key using a gadget on the wall at the foot of the stairs. Crazy! The breakfast restaurant is too small for the capacity of the hotel. The choice was fine and we were early in the restaurant so we had a place to sit. It soon filled up and although two young people were busy replenishing the servery, no one at all was on hand to supervise the situation. It seems there’s something very odd going on at the Mercure Stanislas Nancy. One final point. There’s several angry reviews here about the hotel taking additional charges on guests’ bank cards. They aren’t actually doing that; they are holding an additional amount on their bank cards in case of additional charges. This is a practice adopted by hotels for many years. However, it is in my opinion no longer an acceptable practice in an age of instant bank alerts, without at least explaining to guests exactly what to expect. Certainly, the Holiday Inn don’t do that to me. We cancelled our return booking.

La stanza è grande e la tovagliola è molto nuova.Il contenuto della colazione è ricco (la tovagliola può essere usata per la tosta, e due quattro minuti dopo aver tolto la tosta per trovare la tosta rimanente).Servizio e la tovagliola, parcheggio conveniente.

Ho effettuato una prenotazione telefonica sulla base di una vittima sul sito accor per ibis nancy center gare per 117 euro. Alla sua arrivo sembra aver contato 170. Il personale Daniel e Perrin non fanno alcuna difficoltà a capire il malinteso. Mi sembra particolarmente doloroso che si rivolgano alla propria azienda, non si assumano alcuna responsabilità, non si cerchino soluzioni, sarebbe auspicabile, poi l'ascensore non funziona e tutto guarda a distanza.

Si trova a pochi minuti dal centro di Nantes che si raggiunge facilmente a piedi. Albergo moderno pulito ben tenuto e assolutamente all'altezza delle 4 stelle. Ricco di spazi ove passare del tempo in assoluta tranquillità e riservatezza. Un bar completo di ogni cosa e un ristorante completano l'offerta. La stanza molto ben arredata con un bagno pulito e confortevole. La colazione internazionale è ricca di ogni specialità. Assolutamente consigliato

Hotel piccolo, con personale amichevole e buon colazione, con una scelta ragionevole di buoni torti e croissant, salate di frutta, formaggio, uova dure, bacon e ham. La casa di lavoro è stata molto più ampia, abbastanza veloce da raggiungere il centro della città (la splendida piazza Stanislas!) a piedi, passando per la stazione ferroviaria ancora più vicina. abbastanza facile da trovare parcheggio vicino a un prezzo ragionevole, gratuitamente nei domenica.

La migliore esperienza che abbia mai avuto in un hotel da molto tempo. Controlla facilmente, pulita e ben attrezzata. Puoi controllare dopo le ore su richiesta che è davvero utile, soprattutto per coloro che arrivano in treni tardi!

L'hotel è nuovo, camere confortevoli, silenziose. Arredato con gusto. Personale gentile che parla perfetto francese e inglese, molto comprensibile. A due passi dalla bellissima piazza Stanislas. Possiede un parcheggio, ma noi abbiamo parcheggiato nell'ampio parcheggio di fronte che, dopo le 18 mi sembra, è gratuito. Assolutamente consigliato

A lovely ”maison d'hote”. Our room was spacious with a small kitchenette including a Nespresso coffee machine. Very large and comfortable bed which is not always the case in France. The Grandmother who ran the house was very friendly as were the largely family staff. The property is very well situated only 5 minutes from Place Stanislas. Breakfast was taken in the courtyard and was lovely - bread, croissants, brioche, ham, cheese, jams, yoghurt and fruit. We parked in the school grounds which cost 10 euro a day but is very secure and offers shade for the car. You can easily load and unload outside the front door of the hotel and the car park is only a 100 metres away
