Hotel in zona Village Characteristic Material, Nanchang

Location is very good in the middle of shopping and food street. The room isn't well-maintained and when I just came in the strong nasty smell from the drainage attacked me. So I had to stay for 2 night in a room with that smell because it was always raining that I was so reluctant to spend days outside. Regretfully, if only the management would renovate and care about the drainage it would be a nice property. Eventhough I closed the bathroom room, the smell was still strong and AC even made it worse spreading it to the entire room.

Nothing to complain about. Location was good, really close to Nanchang train station and Bayi square (the didi drivers struggled with getting in the right place due to many layers of roads nearby, though). Room was clean and had all the necessities. Breakfast was really nice, I'd say a western style with a Chinese twist.

Non c'è più vicinanza al concerto.Non c'è bisogno di dire servizi, strutture e igiene. Ho anche inviato un pacco di pasti zero, e la scena fuori dalla finestra è fantastica.La prossima volta avremo la possibilità di venire a Nanchang per vedere il concerto, deve essere ancora qui!

晚上23:03到南昌西，所以選擇了一家下車之後步行可到的酒店。同行的小女孩當天過生日，於是試着給酒店打電話看看能否佈置一下房間給個驚喜，工作人員態度很好，準備了小禮物，雖然不貴重，但特別有心。深夜去吃麪條，還被問到是不是過生日啊？可見我們的小小要求被特別重視到了，真的很暖心。酒店新開不久，一切都很新，房間也是智能化的，卸粧油洗面奶居然都有，作為臨時歇腳的地方還是很不錯的。唯一一點小意見，就是牙刷太硬太硬了！希望能改善。

We booked into the Holiday Inn because we had missed our connecting train and had to reschedule for the morning. The hotel was located close to the station, and was very reasonable for the price. The room was also spacious, clean and was perfect for what we needed. The staff were very helpful and polite the entire time. When we finally got home we realised we had forgotten an item, after calling the hotel the staff were very helpful and found it and would post it to us. Thank you.

This is my second stay at the Primus and I believe there will be another in my near future. I love stay-cations as a way to unwind and rest from work. This particular trip was for my birthday and the staff was so kind to help us celebrate. From the decorations to the pool to the huge tub (I love baths!) and yummy breakfast. It was just the celebration I was looking for. So thankful they are just a Didi away! They even decorated my friend’s room too! The locker rooms have a steam room but it’s not constantly on. You have to ask them to turn it on and it takes awhile to heat up so, if you know you want to use it let the staff know well ahead of time. You can get massages but I have a regular place I love in the city that isn’t as pricey so I just go there. Sometimes breakfast is amazing and sometimes it’s ok…depends on what’s available I think. The best part! A miracle! I locked my passport and wallet in the room safe. Something I rarely do. Well, 3 days later I received a call from the front desk telling me they found my belongs in the room. I hadn’t even realized! Smh…I was so grateful. I ran over immediately and was given everything (after a few questions to make sure it was really me ). Nothing was missing! I’m still in shock and awe. Thanks again to the man at the front desk with excellent English and a kind demeanor who helped with my wallet. Really everyone was wonderful and it really makes a difference. I tell everyone to stay there and it’s because of the great service. Thanks Primus! I’m sure I’ll be back before work starts up again in February 2023. 新年快乐🎉🎆

Excellent location, lake-view room is a must. We stayed on the 8th floor, the cleaning lady was super professional, polite and patient. The room is spacious, comfortable for two people. Breakfast was included in the room charge, great selections including Nanchang special meals, fruits, various noodle soups, etc. I would stay again for my future visits. 嘉莱特花园酒店的地址很好，就在澄碧湖对面，湖景很赞。我们这次住的8楼，8楼服务员工作细心负责，打扫的也很干净，对待客人也有礼貌。嘉莱特的早餐自助是包括在房费里面的，早餐必须点赞，选择很多，南昌的特色小吃拌粉，白糖糕和瓦罐汤都是必吃的。其他西式糕点，炒菜也不错。前台和大堂经理都很专业，服务态度也好，会主动给客人提供帮助。下次来南昌应该还会选择嘉莱特。

Hotel bellissimo e spazioso.Buona gente.Ci sono bagno, balcone, un letto spazioso e morbido nella stanza. Il colazione è così (il gusto dei salsacchi, anche delle uova, della pasticceria). c'erano sempre problemi con la macchina del caffè e il caffè stesso non era buono. Vicino a un giardino e una piscina, ma se vuoi nuotare lì, hai bisogno di un cappello da nuoto e di un costume da nuoto. Il bagno potrebbe essere chiuso, quindi è meglio chiederlo in anticipo. C'è un ristorante cinese dove si può cenare al primo piano.Ci piacevano le biancheria frittate.
