I can never recommend this hotel enough. Their service is better than I've seen anywhere and the staff is beyond friendly!
We stayed here for three weeks a year ago, and they all still remember us!
The laundry service is unheard of in any other place. You place your dirty clothes in a basket in front of your door, and LATEST the next day it's returned, your clothes clean and ironed.
The restaurant is open all day, and you can either order food or eat for free small snacks (drinks, fruits, congee, biscuits....). At 10 pm there is the evening meal, where you get a big bowl of noodles (you can choose the noodles and the sauce).
The buffet breakfast is very generous with a lot of choices.
Every evening, someone passes by the room to hand out yogurts.
When you come back to the hotel after a day out, the staff will greet you with a ”Welcome home.”
We tried the superior room (as seen in the pictures), with two toilets, a bathtub and a living room. But honestly we prefer the standard room, because of the windows. In the superior room, you have two small windows in each room, and half of it is covered by a mosquito net, so you can't see out. While in the standard room, you have a huge open window with a great view over the city and / or river. Also a standard room is so spacious that we don't need that extra living room.

UUtente anonimoPiù soldi, migliora la camera da letto di lusso, molto vicino al metro, e la strada 2 è un po'distante, ma è accettabile.Ci sono molti giardini notturni sulla strada di fronte alla notte, e a volte c'è un grande autostrada che pulserà. Il suono tra la stanza è anche buono, quasi non può sentire il suono della zona.Non c'è sedia a rotelle per lavare il sedile, il servizio è buono.

SStanley The Travel ManThis hotel is hands down one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in. From the time that I checked innto the time that I checked out, and everything in between was a wonderful experience.
The location is across from that Tengwang Pavilion. Part of the complex is free. The paid entry part is only 50 Yuans. 25 Yuans for 65 or older . I am not sure if it is free for 70 and over.
The room size , Room # 1816, is enormous with a breathtaking view of the temples below, a bridge in the distance and the synchronized light shows in the evening. The room has everything , including a small fridge stocked with soft drinks. Coffee and tea were provided and resupply daily. Room was clean daily and meticulously . Garbage were thrown out, towels replaced. Everything is automatic including the curtains and the toilets. The place is a haven for traveler where one can relax and enjoy the fine ambience.
I spent 2 nights there. The breakfast has many varieties and slightly different so you won’t be eating the same. There were western style and Chinese breakfast, noodles, bread,porridges, salad, fruit, cakes, etc. The coffee is freshly ground. It is buffet style and the breakfast hour on the weekend is from 6:30 am to 11:00 am. I got there at 6:30 am and everything was ready to eat.
There are free laundry room with separate dryers that worked very well, plus ironing board and iron. There are 2 big chairs in the room to relax in . The washers and dryers look spotless , new and clean Just across the hall is a gym.
The service is out standing . The people who worked there were all genuinely wanted to do a good job and went out of their way to help. I don’t know them by name . I want to thank everyone there for making my stay such a joy.
All in all , this hotel deserves the highest score possible. It is hard to find flaws because everything was just perfect.

DdyhxA beautiful hotel set amidst the main tourist area, just at the edge of Wanshou Palace, and walking distance to Tengwang Pavilion, Bayi Memorial Museum, with a metro exit on Line 1. Lots of dining options just along the streets here too.
The decor gave nautical vibes especially with the lights and helm on the doors. So many OOTD spots here, from outside to inside and even within the room.
Clean and spacious room with a cosy sofa area. Love the open wardrobe, with separate shower and toilet areas. I like the tiled and parquet flooring which always feels cleaner. The shower water pressure is good though takes a while for hot water to come thru. The bed is firm but pillows are too soft for my liking. They provide complimentary soft drinks in the mini bar too.
The rooms facing the road, like mine is abit noisy, could hear the cars horning even when the windows are closed and curtains drawn. Not a problem for me though. There's also a self-service laundry room at the basement. The staff are also friendly, warm and full of smiles.
At check out, they gave a gift with local flavours - Nanchang noodles instant pack!
Overall it was a great stay and I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Nanchang as a tourist!

LLiuGreat experience at the Swiss Grand. Would probably stay here again. Room was clean, and the location was ideal for us. It's walking distance to Tengwangge, and close to many lively pedestrian streets. The hotel staff probably does not see many foreign visitors, so there was some confusion with our documents at check in. However, it was quickly resolved.
