酒店真不錯，大堂鮮花很好看，入住還贈送了伴手禮！大堂中央還有新年氣氛擺件很漂亮，客房裝修比較簡約，讓人很舒服，輕鬆，但不乏精緻。酒店早餐很不錯，品種豐富，其中的必吃榜有很多南昌特色餐品！酒店位置在主街方便快捷出行，吃飯逛街都方便，值得推薦！

Si consiglia di mangiare prima delle 8:00 Riassunto: i vantaggi di un sito sono ovviamente standard hotel commerciali, adatto per i richiedenti di attività intorno a Wang Jiang, e le strutture sono ben mantenute ma non hanno servizi specifici.

特別好，對待長者親切善良，兩位工作人員帶着我們一路參觀酒店🏨第一次來南昌，賓至如歸，酒店的住宿和服務態度，給了100分的安全感！歷史人文氣息濃郁厚重，有涵養！90歲的奶奶特別開心！感恩！這麼好的酒店🏨，交通便利，住宿環境優美，雅緻，以後來江西還會來！

This was a super hotel and it really did feel five star. The location was right next to the river and yet only a five minute walk to the CBD. The hotels facilities, the gym and the swimming pool, were excellent and it was a very nice stay, I do have two concerns as the staff were not always so friendly, and the breakfast wasn’t as good as expected. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and I will probably stay there again anyhow.

平時也是比較少點評，這家服務確實沒得説，前台的女孩子服務特別好，非常有耐心的幫忙介紹周邊景點還有美食，走幾百米就到地鐵口去八一廣場萬壽宮滕王閣都是一兩個站真的挺方便，設施社保其實保養的很好，都是大理石和實木裝修，只是配色風格不是現代風，當時絕對是下了成本的，房間是真的大，有獨立的會客區，這是我住過最大的一家酒店，早餐也挺好的，還有現煮的麪條，餃子，粉，停車場洗衣房都有，200多的價格性價比沒得説，還是比較推薦的

非常滿意超出預期的一次住宿體驗～到店前有確認時間並提前收拾好房間，按需求選了較安靜的房間，前台和服務引導也都態度很好很到位，送上熱茶，還有脆甜的香梨寬帶～還給免費升級到了有窗客房。用餐區域環境佳，衹體驗了下午茶和早餐，菜品豐富味道也不錯，對沒那麼能吃辣的很救命！客房也寬敞整潔，淋浴很舒適肯比洗浴中心～最後臨走因為臨近春節還給送了水果小食～一層大堂有書法區、小孩玩樂的地方還有圍棋象棋，很貼心。另外特意選這家除了設計好評價好，交通也很方便，去江西省博和滕王閣都是10分鐘左右的車程，門口沒走幾步就到地鐵站。總之，這是一次超出物超所值、超出預期的住宿體驗，推薦！

Stayed here in end Oct. Ji Hotel entrance is just beside Mercure Hotel entrance, so don’t enter the wrong one. Comfortable bed with double pillows and the only hotel (out of 5 we stayed in this trip) that provided fridge and free mini bar in the room. Good breakfast spread and quality with local specialities like jar soup and noodles. However, the air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly, so the room was warm and stuffy. When we called the reception about it, we were given a silly excuse and a standing fan which was dusty and not standing straight. Not only did they not bother to wipe the dust off the fan before letting us use it, the staff who brought the fan to our room was impolite and left the fan at the door expecting us to move the dusty fan into the room ourselves. This is not the service standard we expect from Mercure. They gave us 2 packs of local noodles as gifts to make up for the unpleasant experience when we complained about it during check out

The hotel service was par excellence! Our taxi driver brought us to the main hotel instead of its branch 7 km away. A senior staff member having found out our mistake voluntarily took us in her car to the hotel we booked! All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was very clean and the amenities were in good condition! It is only about 300m from Tengwang Pavilion (滕王阁) we wanted to visit. Will definitely book it again for my next trip.

An aging 5 stars hotel. Staff service is very good. Room overall is acceptable but would be perfect if they revamp the doors and floors. Overall we are satisfied with our stay .
