IIka_EllyThis is our third stay at this incredible hotel (a total of about 15 nights). We're a family of 4 people and have booked 2 rooms every time.
The food:
Breakfast has loads of options and it varies slightly from one morning to the next.
After breakfast there is high tea until 10PM. There you can have coffee, tea, juice, cakes, fruits, rice porridge etc., for free all day.
At 10PM the night meal starts. There you can eat noodles, also for free.
Snacks such as fruits and drinks, are delivered to the room in the evening.
The water:
There are bottles in the room, but there are also bottles by the elevator that you can take if you need more. So basically you can have as much water as you want.
The laundry service:
It's just one of the best aspects of this hotel.
We put your laundry outside the room in the morning, and when we came back in the afternoon it was in our room. Cleaned, dried and folded. For free!!
The staff:
All of the staff is very friendly and polite if it's the ladies at the reception, the men standing in front of the hotel, the cleaning ladies, the staff in the breakfast area... All of them nice and welcoming.
Late checkout (at 4PM at no extra cost).
The spa:
We went to the spa for a massage. It doesn't belong to the hotel even if it's a part of it. Very good experience. The ladies were nice and you can eat as much as you want (snacks or noodles), for free.
The bad aspects:
I honestly can't find any bad things to say about this hotel, even if I try!
We'll definitely be back.

KKL MokThe hotel is in the perfect location if you wanna visit TengWang pavillion. It's just right across the pavillion. From the moment we arrive at the reception, we feel warm with the friendly service. Our room is facing the TengWang pavillion with little extra bucks. Nice view both at day & night. Breakfast is decent with good choice. Kudos to all the staff in Mercure hotel. Especially thanks to Alex at reception who assisted me to contact the person on my next day at WangXian valley.

UUtente ospiteClean, comfortable and convenient! The hotel staff are helpful and pleasant. The young lady, Zhu Ling, gave us her WeChat number when we checked in so we could contact her whenever we had questions or requests. That's some service assurance! The maintenance lady volunteered to go to the laundry room to help us out when she overheard we had issues using the washing machine. The room is clean and spacious and the train station is close by. Their free breakfast was fresh and delicious. Definitely will be back if we come to Nanchang again!

Although the staff are not fluent in English, they use translation sofrware to supplement their English language knowledge and the staff are extremely helpful. The note that I sent to the staff thanking them says it all (see below). I highly recommend this hotel!

Last night and this morning colleagues helped me with getting a taxi to catch my train, making sure that all things were in place to make it easy for me. Una volta entrato nell'hotel, l'atmosfera di alta qualità appariva e il personale della reception era molto entusiasta. Quando si occupa del soggiorno, il compagno di piccolo Kim è molto responsabile e molto in posizione. Questo è un hotel molto sicuro. Gli ascensori devono essere incastrati con carte di ascensore. Al secondo piano, non solo ci sono bagni e fitness gratuiti forniti, ma anche macchine per lavare il pavimento. Il pavimento è alto. UUtente ospitePassando a South Shuang, appena comprato il biglietto per il concerto di Zhang Jiang, si fermò per un po'. Non ho fatto foto dell'hotel, ma e'molto bene, perche' ho guidato un'auto della notte, e' passata la mattina, e' successo un po'di errore quando ho prenotato la stanza. La sorella della notte del servizio di ricetta e' molto paziente. Specialmente lode la sorella della notte del 19° giorno e 20° giorno del lavoro ～ È molto paziente. L'hotel ha un carico di elettricità nel cortile posteriore, molto amichevole per il tram. L'unico motivo per cui la porta sembra essere in costruzione di un ponte di alta struttura davanti alla porta, è che ci sono un posto di lavoro, ma l'effetto di isolamento sonoro della stanza è piuttosto buono. Non riesco a sentire il suono del corridoio e il suono della costruzione.
