This was a super hotel and it really did feel five star. The location was right next to the river and yet only a five minute walk to the CBD. The hotels facilities, the gym and the swimming pool, were excellent and it was a very nice stay, I do have two concerns as the staff were not always so friendly, and the breakfast wasn’t as good as expected. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and I will probably stay there again anyhow.

Stayed here in end Oct. Ji Hotel entrance is just beside Mercure Hotel entrance, so don’t enter the wrong one. Comfortable bed with double pillows and the only hotel (out of 5 we stayed in this trip) that provided fridge and free mini bar in the room. Good breakfast spread and quality with local specialities like jar soup and noodles. However, the air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly, so the room was warm and stuffy. When we called the reception about it, we were given a silly excuse and a standing fan which was dusty and not standing straight. Not only did they not bother to wipe the dust off the fan before letting us use it, the staff who brought the fan to our room was impolite and left the fan at the door expecting us to move the dusty fan into the room ourselves. This is not the service standard we expect from Mercure. They gave us 2 packs of local noodles as gifts to make up for the unpleasant experience when we complained about it during check out

Hotel seemed a bit dated but still nice. About a 10 minute walk to a mall with food and coffee options. Less than 10 minute walk to the subway station. Great views and wonderful breakfast! When we had a problem with one of the rooms, the staff was quick to help us change rooms. Good service, would stay there again.

I am glad to have booked 3 rooms at this hotel as when the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly greeted by the hotel staffs. The hotel staffs also helped us in booking didi rides numerous times as we are foreigners without WeChat pay or AliPay facilities in our mobile phone. The service attitude of all the staff are excellent and helpful. I would like to thank 丝丝，小王 and all the staff for giving us a wonderful experience in your hotel. XXiaowangzidemengmengma房間很好很乾凈，老闆娘非常熱情，剛入住就送了好幾個當地的水果🍑給我們吃，還發了怎麼玩的攻略給我們，民宿在石板樓梯的最高處，依山而建，非常原生態，晚上天氣涼爽可以坐在露台上聊天看風景很愜意。早餐很精緻，簡簡單單清清爽爽，🎃小米粥對我這個高血糖的人來説很適合！走的時候老闆娘還送了兩個娃知了的標本，孩子很喜歡。我們走了才發現弟弟的電話⌚️落在那裡了，老闆娘馬上給我們寄了順豐，真貼心！

衞生：非常乾淨，拿紙巾擦桌面是沒有浮灰的
環境：比較安靜，雖然經過過道時可以聽見房內的聲音，包括在房內也可以聽見其他客房關門的聲音，但晚上休息的時候確實不是很吵，我睡眠很淺，沒有戴耳塞，睡得還比較好。
窗外有個小空間，圓形窗户半開着的，通風特別好，第二天一早陽光照進來很舒服，採光很不錯的。
電視可以投屏，能看自己想看的影視。床墊支撐度很好，睡起來很舒服，不會有那種太軟陷進去的感覺，枕頭有兩種類型，我平常不睡枕頭的，試了一下也蠻不錯，很贊！
服務：會及時溝通，蠻重視客人需求和意見的。在大廳辦理入住的時候，有男客吸煙，前台會直接友好提醒，“禁止吸煙”少聞二手煙對我來説真的會很感動！
再來説説幾點我認為可以改進的地方吧！
❶開關特別多，要開換氣或者其他燈需要一個一個試，建議可以像其他酒店一樣貼一下貼紙，方便客人找到對應開關，也更顯眼一些。
❷衞生間有晾曬繩，使用以後感覺硬度不夠，晾曬桿使用起來會更加好用一些，掛衣物不會往下垂。
❸花灑需要檢查更換了，洗澡的時候一開熱水花灑頭就會偏向左邊牆那邊，人得靠牆那邊站，搓背的時候就會撞到牆壁。而且花灑的高度固定、花灑頭
方向也不可調節，體驗感會差那麼一些。
❹置物架上是兩瓶沐浴露，本來想洗個頭的，到的比較晚，也就沒折騰了。
❺衞生間的佈局空間會略小，對於體型高大的客人來説會有點逼仄。
❻酒店的硬性條件及高質量的服務才是留住客源的最好途徑，或許新會員的辦理與工作人員的提成有掛鈎，但我個人認為好的服務，以人為本才是第一位。我到達酒店的時候已經是晚上十一點多了，確實比較疲憊，與前台商量是否可以酌情延遲一點時間，這個時候得到的建議是辦理會員卡可以享受權益，説實話是有些不舒服的。上去以後，客房有股味道實在不能忍受，又聯繫前台，換了一間客房。這個過程對那個狀態下的我來説是比較折騰的，第二天也比較着急退房，其實本來還可以休息地更好一些的。
總之，瑕不掩瑜，遇到的小問題前台也有幫忙處理，也祝願工作人員們萬事勝意！越來越好！

UUtente ospite出發前也是搜了比較久才最終決定選擇這間酒店，我考慮酒店的條件一個是地點，一個是基礎設施，一個是房間設計，個人偏向是温馨那類的。
地點方面，酒店就在丁公路北7號出口的馬路對面，1分鐘就到達，地理位置不錯，地鐵站去附近的景點都很方便，周邊也有吃的，附近的那間黃記瓦罐湯個人試了幾間還是那間最推薦，價格便宜，重點是湯味濃的同時碗的浮油不多，去其它間試了上面都感覺好多油。
設施上基本滿足使用，例如沐浴露，洗髮水，風筒等那些，有大電視，不過沒有會員，希望這點可以改進，還有個人建議多添一瓶護髮素就更加好。
衞生中規中矩，垃圾清理，換新的毛巾，整理床鋪那些都有做好。
環境的話，周邊有修路，不過可能停工了，沒有影響。隔音的話在可以接受的範圍，除了隔壁開關門會聽到聲音外，其它的還好。這幾天主要噪音反而是酒店下面新開了一間餐飲，請了一隊宣傳的，早上大概8點多就開始敲鑼打鼓，不過這個不是酒店的問題。
服務也還可以，我坐在大廳等人會倒杯熱水我喝。
總結，這次南昌旅遊，對旅程和酒店都還是比較滿意的，大部分的主要打卡點，例如八一廣場，江西美術館，滕王閣，南昌之星，江西博物館，八一起義紀念館，大士院，萬壽宮等都有去到，行程豐富。如果有喜歡來南昌玩的朋友不妨可以考慮一下這間酒店。

PPaul JohnThe main entrance is inspiring. Front desk was extremely helpful. As I would’ve expected from Shangri-La the room was exceptional. The view was wonderful picture of the river. I was disappointed with the Chinese restaurant second floor, where we ate dinner and I was also disappointed with breakfast offering at the Horizon club on the 32nd floor. Dinner early they were out of seven dishes that we selected they were still on the menu to choose from incomprehensible. At breakfast the staff at the Horizon club was very attentive, however, the food selection was sparse, and while quite fresh, was less than expected. Hotel 5 Stars. Restaurants 3 stars. Hotel staff and restaurant staff 5 stars

UUtente ospiteWhen booking this hotel on trip.com make surety check if you are booking the Walton ACA or Wellton as they are sister hotels but. in two separate buildings. The Walton has only 6 floors and the Walton more. It was little confusing when we first arrived as to which hotel we had booked. We decided to stay in the Wellton hotel. reception was very nice and patiently explained the hotel situation. Very friendly and good sense of humor so its wasn't a bother to us. They brought us up a welcoming fruit plate. nice touch. the room was nice and clean. big enough. The was super comfy. they offer soft and hard pillows. The hotel offers breakfast in the other building but we never woke up early enough to catch breakfast so can't comment on that. Its within walking distance of the Mix C (10-15 mins walk) and to the ferris wheel. check out was smooth. overall a good stay.

GGreenIl servizio clienti è meraviglioso che va oltre le aspettative. Il colazione era di alta qualità e delizioso. L'unico disappunto è che l'acqua di piscina era sporca. La palestra era ben attrezzata e le camere dell'hotel sono spaziose e pulite.

UUtente ospite説實話，現在已經算是設施老的酒店了，最開始安排了個8樓，房間一股黴味，吹風機都是發黃的，也衹有兩個枕頭，後來因為空調有問題換了個6樓，6樓明顯新一些，而且空調新的，枕頭都是4個，還有要吐槽上一秒我買180房價下一秒160了，這個房價起伏太大，不像我認識的如家，畢竟也是如家老用户了，所以有點失望
