La stanza dell'hotel può vedere il panorama sulla montagna. 我們住的是雙床房，景色直接對酒店的水榭景觀還能看到遠處的山，視野非常開闊，並有一個小涼台。早餐也很豐盛，只是到十點就結束。最好提前去用餐。最開心的是酒店配有小童淘氣堡，很大一片區域，住客刷房卡就可以去玩。孩子一玩能玩一天。酒店旁邊就是磨盤公園，也有室外的小童樂園。這家酒店的配套和周邊環境都非常適合帶長者和孩子來住。
前台辦理入住時，就添加了管家紗紗微信。有任何事微信溝通，都第一時間回覆並處理好。給紗紗以及酒店工作人員點贊👍房間內保險箱和熨斗都需要單獨聯繫管家，工作人員會送到房間。需要加熱食物也有工作人員會幫忙拿到餐廳去加熱並送回。服務真得是很棒，減輕了帶孩子入住的壓力。
唯一需要提高的可能是相關設備的提升，但因為有很棒的服務，問題都能解決，也覺得入住非常開心。期待再來入住。

XXiaowangzidemengmengma房間很好很乾凈，老闆娘非常熱情，剛入住就送了好幾個當地的水果🍑給我們吃，還發了怎麼玩的攻略給我們，民宿在石板樓梯的最高處，依山而建，非常原生態，晚上天氣涼爽可以坐在露台上聊天看風景很愜意。早餐很精緻，簡簡單單清清爽爽，🎃小米粥對我這個高血糖的人來説很適合！走的時候老闆娘還送了兩個娃知了的標本，孩子很喜歡。我們走了才發現弟弟的電話⌚️落在那裡了，老闆娘馬上給我們寄了順豐，真貼心！

DDerek Yap C KI am glad to have booked 3 rooms at this hotel as when the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly greeted by the hotel staffs. The hotel staffs also helped us in booking didi rides numerous times as we are foreigners without WeChat pay or AliPay facilities in our mobile phone. The service attitude of all the staff are excellent and helpful. I would like to thank 丝丝，小王 and all the staff for giving us a wonderful experience in your hotel. I would highly recommend anyone to stay in any Mehood hotels! Lastly I would like to thank the front desk staff whom I did not get her name with the mobile number ending 7109, who helped to call for medical assistance in the middle of the night.

UUtente ospiteQuesta è la mia seconda permanenza al Primus e credo che ci sarà un altro nel mio prossimo futuro. Amo le vacanze come un modo per rilassarsi e riposare dal lavoro. Questa speciale viaggio era per il mio compleanno e il personale era così gentile da aiutarci a celebrare. Dalle decorazioni alla piscina al grande tubo (mi piacciono i bagni!) e il piccolo colazione. Era solo la festa che stavo cercando. Così grato sono solo un Didi lontano! Hanno anche decorato la stanza del mio amico!
Le camere sono dotate di una stanza a vapore, ma non sono sempre aperte. Devi chiederle di aprirlo e ci vuole un po' per riscaldare, se sai che vuoi usarlo, lascia che il personale lo sappia prima del tempo. Puoi avere dei massaggi, ma ho un posto regolare che amo nella città che non è così prezioso, quindi vado lì.
A volte il colazione è sorprendente e a volte è ok... dipende da quello che penso sia disponibile.
La parte migliore! Un miracolo! Ho chiuso il passaporto e la borsa nella stanza in sicurezza. Qualcosa che raramente faccio. Beh, tre giorni dopo ho ricevuto una chiamata dal dipartimento frontale che mi diceva che avevano trovato i miei beni nella stanza. Non ne avevo nemmeno capito! Sì...Ero così grato. Sono andato subito e mi sono dato tutto (dopo qualche domanda per assicurarmi che fosse davvero me). Grazie ancora all'uomo al di fuori del desk con un eccellente inglese e un bel demo che ha aiutato con la mia borsa. Veramente tutti erano meravigliosi e fa davvero una differenza. Dirò a tutti di rimanere lì e è per il grande servizio.

Il pranzo è conveniente per comprare vicino, soprattutto il servizio è davvero buono: l'elettricità ha un divano. Quando si lascia la stanza, ha dato intimamente due bottiglie di acqua minerale, ma è ancora calda, molto mossa, Inoltre, la colazione è anche molto buona, e il cameriere segue l'introduzione. I was disappointed with the Chinese restaurant second floor, where we ate dinner and I was also disappointed with breakfast offering at the Horizon club on the 32nd floor. Dinner early they were out of seven dishes that we selected they were still on the menu to choose from incomprehensible. At breakfast the staff at the Horizon club was very attentive, however, the food selection was sparse, and while quite fresh, was less than expected. Hotel 5 Stars. Restaurants 3 stars. MMei YinStayed here in end Oct. Ji Hotel entrance is just beside Mercure Hotel entrance, so don’t enter the wrong one. Comfortable bed with double pillows and the only hotel (out of 5 we stayed in this trip) that provided fridge and free mini bar in the room. Good breakfast spread and quality with local specialities like jar soup and noodles. However, the air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly, so the room was warm and stuffy. When we called the reception about it, we were given a silly excuse and a standing fan which was dusty and not standing straight. Not only did they not bother to wipe the dust off the fan before letting us use it, the staff who brought the fan to our room was impolite and left the fan at the door expecting us to move the dusty fan into the room ourselves. This is not the service standard we expect from Mercure. They gave us 2 packs of local noodles as gifts to make up for the unpleasant experience when we complained about it during check out

UUtente ospite説實話，現在已經算是設施老的酒店了，最開始安排了個8樓，房間一股黴味，吹風機都是發黃的，也衹有兩個枕頭，後來因為空調有問題換了個6樓，6樓明顯新一些，而且空調新的，枕頭都是4個，還有要吐槽上一秒我買180房價下一秒160了，這個房價起伏太大，不像我認識的如家，畢竟也是如家老用户了，所以有點失望
