The beds and bedding are so very comfortable. Quiet and clean rooms with a beautiful view of the lake.

Always nice, great service, friendly staff and nice facilities. Rooms are lovely, nice view and good beds.We always feel welcome here and we often travel to Nanaimo. So happy to have found a greatplace to stay.

When booking I saw a resort fee which turned out to be a fee to park a car on site. They s was not explained at all and a surprise when I got my receipt. Parking should not be an added fee!

We have stayed here twice and have been impressed with the staff and facility. The continental breakfast is better than many we have partaken. Pet friendly. Would and have recommended to others.

Thank you for getting us into our room a little early when we arrived a bit sooner than we expected.
We really appreciate the breakfast particularly the hot items.
The staff are so accommodating and pleasant…we appreciate this as the visit to Nanaimo was for medical reasons.

We love that hotel. It is our fifth time in four years. It is always clean. Spacious rooms. Very friendly staff, some will go above and beyong. They have a nice free breakfast including plain omelet.
We love to enjoy their hot tub and sauna, but we wish to be open longer such at from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. It closes right now at 8:00 pm, so we really cannot enjoy it at night to relax after dinner.

Tucked away, this Inn has a great view of the lake. I was on the ground floor and could walk right outside to the dock. Comfy bed. Free breakfast was okay - beyond the minimum.

We had a very nice stay for a shopping trip! Easy parking, breakfast was good and even had options for my dairy and gluten issues 😊 I would definitely stay there again!
