Hot water does not come in the morning until u call the reveption, at my room there was some pipe blockage i did not recieve hot water at all, they allocated a different uncleaned room which was vacated by other guests for taking bath. Very bad

Air conditioner intentionally switch off during sleeping by hotel, no response from management, if we on it again switched off with in 5 minutes. Whole night ac not working

Rooms were not clean and bed and other amenities was not clean. Need to maintain better. Not so suitable for a family stay

Average room nothing is available until you ask order coffee you get tea, request soap you get dental kit carry hot water geyser did not work for 2 days.

Location is good but unnecessarily they stopped using for yellow spot on bedsheet which were not done by us and asking for payment of rs 500- for cleaning the same. Actually don't ordered any food or not eaten anything in the room so there is no question of getting bedsheet dirty by us and even if somebody do such mistakes hotel should not ask for cleaning charges. This is worst experience of my last 25years.

Average, not great buffet breakfast. Rooms seems ok, above average. The room which i stayed, there was a hole on the roof of the bathroom covered with paper

The room size was adequate enough, but the only problem is hotwater was not available until i called up the reception and they had to turn on some solar generated hot water, i faced this probl3m since i had to start out early, like by 6 am in the morning

Excellent stay in the property, service is too good. Food quality is excellent. Staffs are friendly manner.
