The ambiance is not good, no drinking water, no television, and the washroom is not maintained. The food is very good.

No proper service. Too much of noise. Unable to sleep properly. They gave 1 soap n towel not brush or toothpaste

Service is good, maintenance is also ok not bad. Cleanliness is maintained well. Food at the restaurant which is available in the hotel is also maintained well.

we stayed here while in transit to Vizag. good to spend a night but mismanagement is evident. there is no restaurant in hotel. though I booked room room ***** with breakfast, they served me a dosa from nearby tiffin center. cleanliness could have been better. water scale marks were visible in bathroom. some components were rusted too.
