The service and breakfast was good and we also had dinner at Upepo twice which was very tasty.

The spaces are very tastefully done and the food and service were excellent. Everything seems very thoughtful and it truly does feel like home away from home. Hats off to Maxwell Otieno (cleaning service) and Thiriri (Upepo) for their friendliness and helpfulness!

Good technological gym with very advanced nice service and knowledgeable and it was a good and pleasurable experience. I definitely recommend a come back and worth every cent truly a five star experience. Kudos and keep it up! Very good atmosphere

Kwetu Nairobi lives up to its billing. It’s a stylish hotel with all the usual features you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The best feature of the hotel though is its people - the staff. They are incredibly kind, always going above and beyond. Special mention to Sam, who made sure we had everything we needed and more.

Breathtaking ambience amazing food for adults and kids attentiin to details and deserves more than a five star. The front office are welcoming and kitchen team font get as much credit as they deserve. They have very cautious security and theres evidense of a much intricate state of the art security you can tell by the olacement of the lagguage scanner. I would reccommend on a sunny sunday youd think you are outside nairobi. The most eye catching element is the cleanliness good luck trying to spot even a spec of dust.The housekeeping team must be working overtime.

Beautiful!! I would advise anyone visiting Nairobi not to miss out on this heaven on earth opportunity. Awesome! The food, staff, comfort, ambience name it... You got it. I really enjoyed myself to the brim and look forward to doing it again soon, this time round with company. Don't look else where what you want is all at Kwetu Hilton Nairobi and worth what you will spend. No regrets. Congratulations on your terrific hospitality.

We stayed in Rm 2303 with my colleague George last week, Nick at the Front of house was on call the whole evening, he made the visit even though short remarkable, when we asked for anything Nick did a great job to bring it within Minutes. When here just ask for Butler service or Just ask for this Gentleman.
