Location is good, Room size, and toiletries and bedsheets etc good. Food in the restaurant is fine. Over all facilities good.

1) The receptionist was rude. Service was slow and late.
2) We booked two rooms and both lacked few things. One of the room had no amenities like kettle and glasses. other room phone was not working. TV remotes were missing in both the rooms. one of the socket was broken. No tea/coffee pouches/ creamers.
3) Plates were not clean. Not enough napkins were provided.
4) When asked for breakfast menu, the receptionist said these are the items please order why to send breakfast menu.
5) Food was average quality.

Dirty rooms , no hot water in washrooms, no WiFi, bedding was used. Nothing was good there. Food quality also yuck. I booked luxury lake view room but there is only tree in front of my window lake was not clearly visible.

worst experience ever , I won't suggest anyone to go there and waste your money ..... When we entered the room the room was uncleaned and smelly , floors are uncleaned even washroom is very stinky Hot water was not there , there was no facilities for and even though when we complaint there , they were taking very lightly , the food was also very bad
I would Highly recommend to not go there because we wasted 8000 there .....with no balcony view and no facilities....

The hotel has a good view of the lake and provides facility of pick up and drop from hotel to mall road (as the way to hotel to mall road is a little steep), but the facilities and hospitality was very poor.
The exhaust fan in washroom was not working.
The balcony floor was sticky and they did not clean it after multiple reminders.
The flush was broken.
Basic amenities were chargeable like mineral water.

Average property, fine for staying 1 night, rooms are clean but need renovation. Prices are higher as per the room. Food is not up to the mark.

The hotel location is awesome, we can easily & clearly see the naini lake, naina devi temple, tifin top & camel back hill from the window. Hotel manager mr. Krishna gave us an attractive offer to cover all major 11 tourist locations at very reasonable price. Our guide cum driver mr. Vicky explained us very well about the significance & existence of particular location( eg. About sherwood college, koil mil gaya shooting point, he also support us to take our pics. About food, we hats off to hotel chef, nice kumaoni dishes. About room, it is cleaned & spacious but the tap water is not hot as required. They will provide hot bathing water on demand. We went with our 10 months old baby & a 6 year old child. The hotel staff & services are also appreciable. Laundry services are little costly but m satisfied after giving discount. Pick up facility also appreciable. Overall it was a very nice experience to stay in this hotel with small kids.

I have stayed in this hotel for at least 10 times. It may not be the most glamorous or luxurious hotel, but it offers peace at a very reasonable price. With its proximity to naini lake, mall road, big size rooms, balcony, very soft spoken people, a great great generous and hard working staff, the family environment it offers, it’s quick pick and drop service to mall road as many times u call for without seeing any irritation, and the only hotel in mall road to offer car parking, great variety and tasty food, to me it’s the most relaxing deal i get.
