Excellent location and facilities. Room service and restaurant downstairs.Don't provide tooth brush/paste/shave kit. Good value for money.

Very nice, now modified totally furniture, on mall road, very nera to naini lake, awesome food restaurant attached named gianni's. Google says its 2 star but its like four star vibes, small & cute hotel owned by punjabi people

It was a truly amazing experience staying at channi raja hotel, nainital. Here are a few points that i absolutely loved about my stay: 1. The hotel is at a very accessible and prime location at one end of the mall road. Walking distance from naina devi temple, ******* market and bad a bazaar. 2. The decor and the overall feel of the hotel is just mesmerizing. So many art pieces adoring the walls and a very cozy room setting. 3. We got a super delux room on the 4th floor and we were really surprised to see how spacious it was. It can very easily accommodate 3-4 people without it feeling crammed up. 4. The service overall was just top notch. Every request was taken care of within minutes and with smiling faces. I have never seen such a competent staff. Overall, i have no bad reviews to share, even if i tried hard to look for it. The most comfortable place in all of nainital, i believe.

The location of this hotel is very good. Right in front of naini lake. The property is also clean and well maintained. I recommend this hotel. Try for a room on the upper floors. Also they have lift. Very good view from the terrace.

it’s an average hotel and over hyped due to location..service is very poor and every person in the hotel is working as an agent…too many reminders for check out…over all experience was very poor…will not suggest this hotel to anyone

The property is located in the heart of mall road. Everything is nearby and accessible. The property is amazing and is built beautifully. The room service is amazing and the in-house restaurant “gianni” is too good. The taste of the food is amazing.
