Really Great Experience Really had a great experience here. The staff is very cooperative. The food is really great specially the Breakfast. Pool is real fun. And property is really very maintained. Nice resort just on the periphery of Jim Corbett Tiger Reserve from the Dhela gate side. Nice, friendly staff, especially the Operation Manager - Mr Ranjeet, & another manager whose name I couldn't ask. Mr Ranjeet went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable & memorable as possible, while the other manager gave us good guidance whenever needed. The restaurant & food were very good too. A special shout out to 'Ashok' who delighted us with his exemplary service and another person in the "Ice & Spice" restaurant who did the billing & gave us some complimentary fare. The landscaping of the resort is very nice with lush green gardens, machaans, swings, fountains & a nice swimming pool to relax & have fun. There's a gym & spa too, but we couldn't find time to use them. The view from the balcony of our room was nice too, overlooking the hills nearby. Some minor cons: The approach road could better; the loud music in the gardens in evenings could be controlled; frequent power cuts (though for few seconds only each time) should be controlled Overall, a recommended resort for a family trip to Jim Corbett.

The rooms were clean and very cosy ,the infrastructure and environment of resort was very beautiful and clean and very green and nice . The whole resort and its area was very beautiful .the staff was very nice and food was very tasty ,the dinning area was very good and comfy to eat with friends and family.

Staff bahut cooperative tha. Ek call par staff problem solve karte hai. Punctuality bahut Achi hai. Time pe breakfast, lunch, and dinner milta tha, sath hi swimming pool ki suvidha bhi Di gai. Sports activity, spa ki facility bhi available hai.

Well appointed rooms. Housekeeping staff obliging. Breakfast good. But main meal options limited. Continental not served. Night desk inefficient. Before arrival too many queries for extra payment for early check in. Rather annoying.

Everything is perfect, Rooms, Staff & hotel ambience it’s all goods. Will definitely suggest everyone pls stay at the here make happy vacation yours. Front desk also very nice. Food is excellent, restaurants staff is very carrying. Will sure come to next time

The best of everything.... Very good facilities .... Dellicious food .good faculty overall nice experience... N the bestest thing is dj night. Swimming pool is also good we enjoyed a lot every part of this resort is very good................

Avoid if you want a comfy stay and excellent service Recently I stayed in this property and my overall experience was below average I will never recommend this property to anyone who gives preference to service and room. Pros-: Only Location (Very near to Dehla Gate) Cons- 1. Arrogant front desk staff amd specially the GM Dhaneshwar who just igroners your feedback or references. 2. Rooms are not good at all. I booked luxury cottage and I requested for the cottages that are on 1st floor still they gave us the ground floor one. Problems-: It was stinking badly and when we asked for the room freshner they did nt provide the same. When we asked for room change they refused. Problem 2nd - Door bell was not working Problem 3- lots of mosquitoes were there. Problem 4- There was no privacy at all. Problem 5-: Room refrigerator does not work we had to keep out beverages in Restaurent kitchen freezer. Problem6-: Guest played loud Music till 3Am disturbed other guests. Problem 7-: Swimming pool was dirty even the water was not treated properly. Problem 8-: No AC in cottage sofa room which makes it utility to zero. They do MAZAAK on the name of Hi- Tea, will offer you Thele wale pakode with tapri waale biscuits. Parking is small on 100 percnt occupancy you wont be able to park your car inside the premises. "Its a wedding venue not a holiday Resort"
