Absolutely blissful heritage hotel perched up above the hustle and bustle of Nainital. An exquisitely historical experience and a welcome respite relaxing on the terrace and enjoying the well-manicured colonial style architecture and gardens. The rooms are tastefully and authentically decorated and the staff are accommodating and helpful. We were even treated to an invitation to the Boathouse as guests of the Hotel owner. We trekked up to Tiffin Top in the morning from the hotel and left my dad to enjoy the library and hotel setting. We returned in time for cold drinks on the verandah - an exceptional experience.

This is one of the good heritage hotel I visited off late. The ambience is well curated and gives a real good feeling of the bygone era. Various photographs ***** with information takes us back in the olden days. The food taste is very delicious and no complains on this. The cleanliness of the premises is very well maintained m the staff is very polite and special mention of Mr. Ranjeet Kanwal who helped us with suggestions as well as logistics arrangements for the sightseeing. Good experience overall and would recommend this hotel.

The stay here is really very pleasant. All the staff is very cooperative, supportive and helpful. We do suggest for the revisit....... A perfect staycation for the family and a very beautiful property to spend time in the evening with tea coffee...

We stayed in this property for 2 nights. Main purpose was to visit Kainchi Dham Ashram of Neem Karoli Baba . This facility is nestled among pine trees in a quiet corner of Nainital.Owned by a royal family and maintained by ITC heritage group. Checkin was effortless.The premises are kept very neat.The room was clean. Bed linen was fresh .Bathroom was neat.We stayed in Heritage room which was on first floor.It was spacious and opened to a large common balcony. We stayed in September, a rainy shoulder month for Nainital .So there were less guests at the facility. We had opted for free breakfast. Probably because the guests were less , there was no breakfast buffet. Breakfast was made to order and was tasty . Special thanks to Manager Farhan Ansari who took extra care to make our stay comfortable and also for arranging our transport from Pant nagar airport. Mall road is some 3 kms. away. You may have to arrange a conveyance yourselves to reach there.Good if there was some buggy drop off service from the hotel side.

Nice and comfort stay, staff is 2 good Very spacious property peaceful environment thanks will visit again very soon thanks to all staff and management team. Hotel is situated near to high cour and all the local point we can cover from the hotel very easily by car or by walk also if you want to visit peacefull and spacious property for family and couple I would like to suggest ashdale heritage stay thanks

I recently spent 3 nights at Hotel Welcomheritage Nainital, and had an unforgettable experience. The hotel's stunning views of the Nainital impeccable cleanliness, and modern amenities exceeded my expectations. The staff were warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, with a wide range of options to suit every taste. The hotel's location, close to the Mall Road, made exploring Nainital's attractions effortless. Hotel Welcomheritage offers exceptional value for money, and I highly recommend it for a memorable stay in Nainital.

The hotel location is convenient for any traveler as it's away from the hustle bustle of the town and yet close to mall road which made our walk to the mall road convenient.Rooms are neatly done ambiance of the hotel is great which depicts the heritage culture and the bygone era of the royal family as it's converted into a luxury boutique hotel.Food is mouth watering we tried kumaoni thali and Indian food staff is the highlighed of this hotel from the GM to all the lower staff who are always guest service oriented.Thanks to the team WelcomHeritage Ashdale.Would love to come back.

My stay at Ashdale on Sept 26th-27th was delightful. The staff's warmth and efficiency made it memorable. Good facilities, service and food. We had a good stay. Staff very friendly and cordial. Good cleanliness. Lush garden. Nicely laid restaurant. Locatoo is also nice with a great view of surrounding mountains. Mall road is within walking distance.
