We drove but the hotel car park was already full. Luckily there are a lot of car parks at the back of the hotel.
The breakfast buffet is quite good.
We stayed in the hotel on the New Year’s Eve and the New Year Day. They offer festive food which is impressive to tourists.
The hotel room is spacious enough
Very close to the railway and bus terminal.
You need to pay for the spa, but worth the money.
However the WiFi is TERRIBLE. You connected it but never works.

The room is extremely small for 2 adults & 1 child but can’t complain much with that price. There’s not much of space to put luggage bag.
However, the bathroom is arguably quite spacious.
No wardrobe or drawers.
The facility seems new and well maintained.
Not near to monorail, only one shrine at nearby.
If driving, the parking is $1500 yen per night, free to go in or on anytime. Once paid, there’s always a slot for you.
The hot spring is quite crowded at night.
It has a small swimming pool on 2nd floor, nothing much on the views as the hotel is surrounded by many other buildings.

The location is very convenient, just about 15 mins from the airport by monorail. The hotel is located right on the most famous street fuul os shops and restaurants. Though please pay attention that most of the places to eat will mainly be open at about 5 pm for dinner so if you feel hungry in the afternoon - try to find some snacks in convenient stores which are everywhere around. The receptionista are very friendly and always ready to help. I would definitly choose this hotel once I decide to go to Naha city.

Felt kind of misled by the photo in the booking. As in the picture, the double room booking show the size of a queen size bed. However in reality the bed was only the size of a super single or slightly larger.
To use the wifi for free u need to register your email to become a member or something. Also they don’t provide complimentary water, only for their members…. Which we still did not get any despite signing up for the membership through our emails?
Underside of the basin also dripped water so it was annoying to have your feet wet while brushing and flossing teeth. Room I stayed was 908.

Il secondo soggiorno in questo hotel. Nuovamente ristrutturato, grande posizione con vicinanza all'aeroporto e al terminale di traghetto. Camere moderne pulite. Personale amichevole. Solo una proposta per il miglioramento è almeno 1-2 più opzioni di cibo caldo a favore della vegetariana (ci sono solo 1) e un po' più frutta nella gamma di colazione.

The breakfast café was the best—delicious food, clean and cozy with nice staffs. I will try other menu in day time if I can visit here next time. The hotel is good overall, but one Korean lady staff member at the front was quite rude. Her Japanese was not very good, yet she kept trying to speak in Japanese to me and my family, even though she recognized we are Koreans. She was quite odd and funny.

Il colazione è molto buono. È una zona tranquilla vicino alla reception che si trova di fronte al mare con la musica meditazione che è molto calma e rilassante. Non usare solo il bagno nella zona della camera da letto e non nella zona della toletta, perché è facilmente bagnato e non c'era nessuna spazzatura di pavimento o di tavola da asciugare il posto. La posizione è abitata fuori strada, bisogno di chiamare il taxi & è difficile se la lingua è un problema, ma il personale è utile per aiutare a chiamare uno.

Very modern hotel but with a local style to it. The room was spacious and clean, with daily amenities replacement. The onsen was large, and the included breakfast buffet was very good. There are some free cold drinks in the lobby for guests during the day, which really helps during the hot summer days.
The hotel itself is a short taxi ride from the airport or a few minutes walk from Asahibashi station, as well as being right next to the main Naha bus terminal. Highly recommend this location.

It could have been a 5/5 but on the last day, we asked for one hour late checkout & was denied even though we paid to upgrade to a suite upon check-in. To make matters worse, we asked to borrow two towels at checkout so that we can go to the pool to relax before heading to the airport and they said NO. Unbelievable

I took the TK02 bus from Okinawa Naha International Airport and got off at Kokusai-dori Entrance Station. It took about 12 minutes and cost ¥240. Ryumao Department Store is right here. It took another 5 minutes to reach the Comfort Hotel Naha Prefectural Office. The transportation is very convenient. There are restaurants, bakeries, convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. G/F has coffee and hot water for guests to enjoy at any time. The free continental buffet breakfast does not have many varieties, but it is sufficient and delicious. The hotel room is about 85% new. It has a 4.5-foot double bed. Although the room is small, it can accommodate two 20-inch suitcases. It has a small table, a small seat, a TV, an electric kettle, a clothes rack, a small refrigerator and a small wallet. The power supply is sufficient, the sheets and duvet covers are white and clean, the split air conditioner is cold enough, and the WIFI is fast. The small toilet and bathroom are separated from wet and dry, and there is a bathtub. The tap water is clear and can be boiled for drinking. The toilet drains quickly and the hot water in the shower is OK. This hotel is cost-effective. I will consider it again when I come to Okinawa.

Tthe WD_Fantatstic place. The pool is clean. Have not tried the bar at night but during the day it was great. The breakie was fantastic, excellent food quality and a wide range of products for every taste. The location is the best. Bus stops to all places right outside the hotel, plenty of places to eat, walking distance to Kokusai street and of course 3 min walk to the ferry port, easy to catch a ferry to whichever island you want. Staff is super nice and speak English. I would defo visit again. P. S Rooms are small but comfy and clean.

UUtente anonimoFeel like this room is smaller than general Japan’s hotel rooms. You can’t really open a luggage larger than 24inches unless your luggage are those front opening ones. I am travelling solo with a 20inches lugg so it’s fine for me but there is not much space for me to put my souvenirs(don’t wanna put them on the floor). If you got more than 1 large luggage and plan to buy lots of souvenirs, then you need to consider booking a larger room or other hotels. However, the bed was larger than it was shown in the pics. There is no wardrobe, you could hang your clothes on the rack. Room lowest temperature is 20 degrees so sometimes I still feel hot. Also, the other drawback is the fridge isn’t cold at all. Feels like room temperature so better not to put food inside!!
Front desk can’t really speak English but they tried their best to help with everything so 10/10 for service! Please be aware that there is a machine on each floor that looks like coin exchange but it’s for VOD. I admit it’s my fault that I didn’t read the sign. However, front desk refunded after I explained the issue. Forgot my room key & gave me a new one without any charges. Service was better than many luxurious hotels👍🏻
Around 6 minutes walk to monorail and DFS mall. Hotel is very easy to find. Main place mall is just opposite the hotel, a few convenience stores nearby. Less than 10 minutes walk to local tour pick up spot. Didn’t try the hot spring and buffet breakfast but there are many restaurants in Main place mall. The neighbourhood is quiet and not as crowded as International Street.

La mia camera era al 5° piano di fronte alla sala delle pulizie. In qualche modo fastidiosa e rumorosa. La dimensione della camera è la stessa di una camera giapponese, piuttosto piccola. Se arrivi con un bagaglio da 28” devi riuscire ad aprirlo. A proposito, BF è super.

RRACHID EL CADI EL HASKATanto la ubicación como el alojamiento son muy buenos, lo único que no nos gusto nada es que al llegar al alojamiento no había nadie por ningun lado y tuvimos que buscar mil maneras para poder hacer el check in, ya que tuvimos que ir a otro Mr. Kinjo para que nos diera las llaves pars entrar a la habitación,por lo demás bien.
