国際通りや、平和通りを中心としたアーケード街へのアクセスがよく、とてみお便利な場所にあります。
ただし、普通のマンションの3DKの部屋の中の、１室を借りるというスタイルになります。渡されるカギは玄関の鍵だけで、泊まる１部屋ごとの鍵はありません。部屋の中にいるときは内側から鍵をかけられますが、部屋を離れる時は外側からは鍵をかけられません。つまり外出時は、貴重品を部屋の中に残しておけません。また、トイレとお風呂はユニットバスタイプで３部屋の共用でした。
それでもコスパは最高だと思います。部屋の中は清潔で広く、エアコンも効くし、バスタオルと歯ブラシセット、シャンプー、石鹸、ドライヤーなど最低限の備品もあっります。
私は那覇の郊外に住む地元民ですが、那覇市内で飲んだ後、タクシーや代行で帰るよりは断然こちらに宿泊することを選びます。個人的には、素泊まりならカプセルホテルよりもこちらがおすすめです。機会があれば今後も利用したいです。
