The room was nice and spacious with a great toilet and amenities. The only downside is that they do “eco cleaning” which I understand, but they won’t even make your bed, I don’t mean replacing the bedsheets but just making your which all regular hotels do. They won’t clean your cups or replace them but they won’t also give you soap to clean your cups so I personally don’t think it’s eco cleaning it’s eco disgusting. Wiping the surfaces or making beds does not increase the use of water or resources. Besides that, the staff are lovely and the breakfast is a good highlight for sure. I would like them to improve their “eco cleaning” as it just looks they are “under staffed” for cleaning services and had to come up with a new term to greenwash their intentions. I would rather them not having disposable amenities, made of plastic.

Very attentive staff and room is well kept and of nice design. Located within walking distance from monorail and bus terminal. Some eateries and convenience shops are nearby too

Staff asked me to settle the room charges (while prepaid) upon check out and almost caused me to miss the flight. Ridiculous.

酒店不錯，就是早餐太單一了，天天吃日定食，有點厭煩，位置很好，距離國際通很近，還有一日遊的縣廳前幾個點，步行5分鐘吧，地鐵站10分鐘左右

設施：屬於老酒店了 衞生：乾淨 環境：市中心區，走路去國際通10分鐘 服務：行李全部幫忙送到房間內，細節很到位

這家酒店非常棒，前台工作人員是個很nice的印度女孩，服務非常好。距離國際通很近，酒店樓下有三個便利店，7-11、全家、羅森。樓下有個黑虎餃子店的中餐廳，晚點好多日本上班族呢。步行2分鐘有個ryu bo百貨。孩子超級喜歡7樓的文具店，國際通非常熱鬧。晚上居酒屋人氣旺到爆，還有卡樂比沖繩限定，做出來是熱乎乎的薯條。酒店早餐特別好，入住時候提前預約好時間。非常準時會送到。看着一格格小小的。但是也特別能吃飽。酒店距離那霸機場很近，開車就10分鐘。

酒店位置方便，在國際通附近，樓下在鐵板燒聽聞好食，但無預約無位。 樓下有Lawson有7-11，方便買嘢，樓下又有居酒屋。 酒店早餐送上房間的，最遲9:30送上嚟。 房間大，乾淨，滿意的。

房間面積大，帶曬台，沙發，餐桌的那種，寬敞舒適，衞生間乾濕分離，淋浴，浴缸都很有足夠的空間，服務到位，酒店環境清靜且拐彎就到熱鬧主街區，地理位置優越。下次一定再會入住！

房間滿意，面積大並且衞生好。早餐送房間（內容物四頓飯基本沒變）酒店在那霸的位置也很優越，但是沒有中文接待有時溝通有點阻礙啦🥹

早飯都是room service送到房間裏 很豐富 就是每天都一樣連吃幾天會想換口味 服務很好 mini bar的飲料每天都補充 洗護用品都是法國院線的思蒂 用了幾天皮膚都滑了

非常不錯，房間大，設計充滿細節，服務也很人性化，樓下就是一個羅森一個711，對面一個葯粧店，走五分鐘有大商場，著名的blue seal冰淇淋，給其它友友提個醒，酒店不能用微信付款寶，也沒有中文服務，帶好信用卡噢
