Viaggio spesso per lavoro e mi sono imbattuto in questo hotel, la camera è spaziosa ben pulita ed il letto è molto comodo. La nota non positiva è il bagno: poco illuminato e non provvisto di un box doccia. Veniamo alla valutazione per colazione e cena: qui non ci siamo proprio. Il ristorante chiude alle 20! Quindi si deve cenare intorno alle 19, l’orario non è per niente comodo. La cucina è di buona fattura ma per niente varia da gennaio ad aprile ho visto sempre lo stesso menù. La colazione è la nota dolente: è alla carta e non ti lascia la soddisfazione di scegliere cosa vuoi e quando lo vuoi. Ho ordinato delle uova strapazzate e bacon e mi hanno mandato una frittata con peperoni e cipolla.

Viaggi in famiglia in un hotel che beneficia di tutte le attrezzature spa, bagno termico, massaggi, palestra, centro medico (cardiologo, ottico...) Un colazione molto completo per il prezzo. Un personale molto piacevole. Raccomando fortemente questo hotel. L'unico bemol è la lontananza dalla città, ma si gode di calma e silenzio senza prezzi. L'autobus che arriva alla città è vicino.

Innanzitutto le cose buone - i parchi acquatici USP sono i cavalli e le piscine e mentre di loro erano tristemente chiuse o non si adattava alla mia altezza dei 7 anni figli (egli perse 130 cm con un solo segno di 3 cm ma le guardie erano piuttosto rigorose) La stanza era grande e spaziosa. Purtroppo, per un resort di questo tipo con le sue vaste opzioni di buffet, la cena (e la colazione) per un vegetariano erano terribili. A parte il riso e la pasta, non c'era nulla che non contenesse pesce o carne. Capisco che l'audiente locale mangi in gran parte carne, ma quando avete 30 opzioni presentate con non una sostanziale pasta vegetariana o vegana, questo non si muove con il tempo. Super deludente e il personale del ristorante non sembrava sapere che esisteva davvero vegetariani - uno di loro mi ha offerto le patate masticate con bacon come alternativa! Oltre a questo, il resort può certamente fare di più sulla sostenibilità e ridurre l'uso singolo di plastica. Per esempio, i bicchieri/coppe nella stanza non devono essere coperti in plastica per ogni nuovo visitatore.

We stayed in Room 149 and it was wonderful. We have a five year old and a one year old, and they had a crib and extra bed for them ready for us. The room was super spacious, and super clean. There isn't a view out of the room, but the location is right between the elevators and was very convenient. The Restaurant on the ground floor was where breakfast was, and it was delicious, with something for everyone. The short walk through the tunnel, or outside led to spa and the pools and the lounge and dinner buffet restaurant. While this is obviously away from the downtown Budapest area, I can't recommend this hotel enough.

We spent 6 nights here. There were positive and negative experiences too. About the hotel and the room: The first surprise is the staircase: you can drag the package up there but you have to pick it up from there by hand. There is an elevator, but only from the top of the stairs, from the level of the reception. If you can't afford to carry your suitcases in your hand, don't choose this hotel! The receptionist was nice, she told us everything. We spent a lot of time in many hotel rooms but this was the narrowest one. Entering the room we were just spinning: where to put the baggages? There is room for only one suitcase - but in a double-bed room used to be two persons... this suitcase holder was also covered with the table. We regularly found ants in the room and in the bathroom, which is perhaps understandable on the edge of the forest, but one is still reluctant to share their abode with them. The TV is ridiculously small, although we weren’t very interested in that. The yellow blackout curtain on the east façade is extremely dysfunctional. It is already so clear at dawn that you cannot sleep by turning towards the window! There is only one hanger in the bathroom, and there is no space for a soap dispenser in the shower. The building is full of cameras, but none got into the parking lot next to the road. The toilet paper was not replaced automatically, though we received it on request. If you want to go hiking, be close to nature, this accommodation is a good choice. Restaurant: Breakfast is from 8 to 10 a.m. It happened three times that at 9 o'clock the kettle wasn't even plugged in, so the water was cold and stayed in it from yesterday. Ants were also on the breakfast buffet. I also found two dirty mugs in a row. When the mugs ran out, I had to tell them to bring them out. Every breakfast is exactly the same, no variety. After a few days, it's pretty boring. There is no drink list for dinner: order so you don’t know what to choose and how much it costs. All the staff are kind, we have not encountered any problems in this area. Overall, despite the annoying problems above, we had a good time. Most of the problems listed could be fixed with little effort, raising the level of the site a lot. For some problems that require more investment, the owner should change in the longer term (room size, lack of elevator)
