Property features include: cable with 2 flat screen TVs, DVD player, WIFI, direct beach access, and 2 outdoor pools. Sleeping arrangements include: one king and two twin beds, plus a queen sleeper sofa. Linens for the king and two twin beds are included but guests must bring their own queen-size sleeper sofa linens. In-suite washer and dryer, updated kitchen with microwave, ceramic top stove, and dishwasher. Plenty of parking. Check out our newest listing in OBX -- #1091468. Very nice place to stay This property was easy to find, good parking, and nice accommodations. The ocean view was wonderful. The owner was good with communicating some work being done. We all agreed that we would definitely come again if the elevator is repaired. Even level 1 condos require the climbing of stairs. Also a note about the pull out couch; when cleaning between patrons, pull the couch from the wall and lift the mattress. We vacuumed lots of crumbs etc from under.

As always, a wonderful stay! Check in is a breeze, condo clean and equipped with basic kitchen items. The view of the ocean is one of the best in the beach! Thank you for a memorable vacation. Looking forward to next year! JR 2025

Easy Living Comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. Sweet view off the balcony. From the door, you could find the ocean in 5 minutes with your eyes closed.

This is a great property in a perfect location. View from the balcony was amazing. Having the elevator was an extra bonus. Both the host and onsite management responded quickly to questions and were very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to return in the future.

Graduation trip Fantastic location, steps from beach. Great balcony views. Cons were: starter items were very minimal. No dish rag or towels in kitchen and only one pod for diswasher ,only one set of towels per person for stay, one roll of toilet paper per room, no beach chairs.
