Staying experience was quite good. But food was not up to the mark. The property is under construction and only one staff is there for everything. Otherwise it was nice stay.

Very bad experience. Booked 2 rooms at chatwal tiger resort. But after reaching there they said they are overbooked and no rooms were available.

Best in sillari just 2km from sillari gate budget friendly neat and clean cottages with delicious food highly recommended

Food left a lot to be desired. The loacation was about 6-8kms from sillari gate. Amenities were good but services not good.

My recent stay at chhatwal tiger resort was nothing short of magical. I stayed at a place that had some good parts and not-so-good parts. The location was really good, like a 4-star, in a nice and easy-to-reach spot. The surroundings were also nice, with a 4-star feeling. The room was comfy and had good stuff, like a 4-star place. But the people who worked there weren't as helpful as i hoped, so the service gets only 2 stars. And the food was not tasty at all, just 1 star. So, overall, it was okay, but the service and food need to get better for it to be really good.

I thoroughly enjoyed the diverse dining options available. The food quality was excellent, and the presentation was impressive, though i wished for a bit more variety in the menu. While the overall experience was outstanding, the price was on the higher side. However, considering the quality of service and amenities, it was worth the expense. In conclusion, chhatwal tiger resort pench provided a luxurious and enjoyable stay, offering top-notch service and facilities. The approach road is very poor, especially if it rains. The rooms of the resort are big but lack quality. There is a big bathtub, but they have many issues with water and power cuts. In all it's not a hotel or resort, it's just five rooms which are run by 3 staff people. Some issues we faced : 1-we requested dinner at 8 pm but they served at 9:20 pm with no apology. 2- the water ran out while bathing, and they didnt even noticed untill we checked out. 3- no intercom and no network on most providers, you have to call the person for service. 4- sheets were not really clean, the washroom was not properly cleaned and had frogs. 5- they have a couple of stray dogs, they just sit in front of the room door expecting food. Not safe for children.
