My experience was very good. staffs are very cooperative and polite breakfast was good and cleanliness of room was average need to improve and owner was cooperative Mr. Anil Mahajan I visit Nagpur regularly for business Every month for 1Week. I recommend to visit this hotel.

First of all hotel staff denied me for check in just because i have done online booking, after arguing with 30 minutes & again paying for 2 days rent they allowed me for check in. The money later on refund at the time of check out but it was terrible experience 1st time. Rooms are too different Very disappointed.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was mixed. While the location was excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions and amenities, and the room was impeccably clean, there were a few drawbacks that affected my experience. Firstly, let's start with the positives. The hotel's location couldn't be better. Situated in the heart of the city, it was convenient for exploring all the nearby sights and dining options. Additionally, the room itself was spotless, with housekeeping doing an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. However, one major issue that detracted from my enjoyment was the mosquito problem. Despite the cleanliness of the room, it seemed that mosquitoes were able to find their way in, making it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep. This was particularly frustrating as it detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. In conclusion, while the hotel has its merits, including a great location and clean rooms, the mosquito problem significantly impacted my experience. If this issue could be addressed, it would greatly improve the overall quality of the stay.

It was my first time experiencing make my trip and it was a happy experience. The location was a bit dicey but other than that a got what i expected.

House keeping was very very poor, very uncomfortable to stay in hotel in lack of house keeping.

Terrible stay, paid around 3190 rs for one room, bad smell, refilled water bottle. Old hotel, no food no parking for hotel, payed 250 rs for night outside
