Very smooth check in. They even allowed a very early check as a room was available. Very considerate. And the breakfast fare was fantastic with a combination of western and the delicious Indonesian cuisine.

I have stayed in this hotel countless times. The location is fantastic but the service standards especially the front office have yet to impress me. They do not acknowledge regular staying guest and request made.
Maybe they take for granted from their guest due to their location and close proximity to shopping mall.
I would definitely try another hotel for my next trip to Batam. I normally come once every fortnight to a month.

No sense of humanity. My nephew passed away minutes before noon and we have to rush back to SG for the funeral. Didnt have time to cancel the hotel on the spot or do anything. All we need to do was to rush back home. Lucky for us its an open ticket for us to get back to SG.
When the funeral n prayers were settled, i called up TRIP.COM to explain my situation. They advised me to cancel n attached the death certificate.
However all i got was a rejected response from the hotel. Whr is your sense of compassionate n humanity.? I dont expect to get a full refund but at least partial or something would be good enough. Its not that we purposely cancel! We are already at Batam! Just going to have lunch before checking in and we received the bad news.
I have also attached the death certificate as proof why we have to rush back home. Its not something that we wanted.
Response from hotel was definitely disappointing.
No sense of humanity. Will never book this hotel again.

There is a 24hr massage spa in the hotel so it is very convenient because the spa outside the hotel will mostly close at 10pm. The Nagoya Hill Shopping Centre is connected by shelter from level 2 of the hotel. Very convenient. There is Matahari departmental store in the Nagoya Mall. The rooms are decent size with a study desk. It's a very comfortable stay. The breakfast is fabulous and the service staff are smiling and friendly. Will probably choose to stay here again whenever I visit Batam.
